The room was good, but no air conditioning. Parking the car was fine. You just have to get to the gate and someone will open it for you. Parking is very safe, since it's behind the gate and within the compound of the hotel. The location was good, because you can just walk straight into the centre of the city. Breakfast was delicious: full of fruit, cakes, croissants, very tasty Polish crepes with different jams, the typical Polish savoury and plenty of coffee and juice. Also, the receptionists are great people, speak very good English and are able to help you getting around the city.

What I didn't like were the very soft pillows that were provided. Be aware: if you need a medium to firm pillow, bring your own, just in case. The Wi-Fi was dropping in and out: the city is slowly upgrading from the old Sovjet-era system to the new fiber-optic system. If you really need internet, I suggest you buy an eSim with unlimited data.

It was the location - that was mostly valuable to us.

Incorrect information about car parking: the hotel advertises that it has a parking lot... but this is not true - the hotel does not have a parking lot. Upon check-in, we were simply directed to the underground parking nearby. Everything is in order - we went there. The fee is 7 zlotys per hour: over 100 zlotys are generated in a dozen hours... We ourselves found information on the Internet that making an online reservation in the same parking lot costs only 30 zlotys per day! Shouldn't the hotel clerk provide this information at check-in?

I really like the proximity to the old town and also the good connection with the train station. The breakfast was delicious and the staff super helpful and friendly. They even let me check in a few hours later thanks to unexpected availability of the room already by that time. Useful hotel also for more than a couple of days since it has a common kitchen and relax area where you can cook or watch TV as well as iron your clothes. I would certainly recommend it!

Perhaps the price was a bit high considering the dimensions of the room and the bed which was only a single bed. But all the rest was really worth I so I can't complain.

The location was excellent, the bed was comfy, and when I did find out on my last day that breakfast was included, it was a tasty buffet breakfast. Having a small kitchen on the 2nd floor was useful.

The wifi connection on the 4th floor was weak. I had to go down to the 2nd floor to get a reliable signal. There was a lot of noise from after 6 in the morning due to the air ventilation system (pipes etc) being outside my window, and this went on for at least 4 hours. It was a warm weekend, and opening the window simply resulted in the end of sleep! Tip - avoid room 42b. When I checked in I was informed that breakfast wasn't included in the price, only to find out 2 days later that it was, and there was no information in the room about this. Some more tourist info would be useful.

Friendly staff, room was spacious and had everything needed. Windows opened up to cool down a slightly warm room. But a little road noise on a night stopped me from having them open. Other wise quiet room. Really clean and welcoming. Location great, available services very good too

Fantastic location for the Christmas Markets. Great value for money. Triple room was exactly as it was in the pictures. Would stay again Highly recommend.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the traffic outside throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back!

Very good location. Just next to the old town. 5min walk to the center of old town. Pet friendly, there is a green area near to the hotel to walk the dog. Very small gated parking area (only few places), but we were lucky to reserve 1 place (we had also skibox, so our car height was 2.15m. But there is also some parking garages nearby with height around 1.9m, Music Forum). Very good breakfast, wide selection salty and sweets. WiFi wad not the best and the fastest, but it was sufficient. Just choose the network with the strongest signal.

The reception staff were brilliant, especially when we arrived after 1 a.m. on the first night. The hotel is big, busy and quite quirky, consisting of multiple buildings and a variety of different types of room. We requested and successfully received twin-bed rooms, for one night then a second night six days later. The first room had a communal kitchen area nearby, with a water cooler and a fridge. When we came back the second time, we had a different room which had a separate kitchen area, albeit without a fridge. The bathrooms and showers were perfectly good both times. The location is very central, just south of the Old Town and about twenty minutes’ walk from the main railway station, also close to bus stops to get to/from the airport.

However, it is situated on a very noisy road, so on a hot night when you need to have the windows open, traffic noise could be a problem. The traffic noise can be heard from the back of the building as well as the front.

Location: in the heart of the town, walking distance (5 min) to the Main Market Square Room: average in size, but very functional; electric sockets: many, easy access, two sockets each side of the bed; lighting: good. Stairs/elevator: The room is located at the upper level, access by an elevator. Bed: large and comfortable, two duvets. Bathroom: average in size but very functional, heated, regular electric socket available, enough space for toiletries, comfortable shower cabin. Breakfast: excellent, large selection of food, sweets, ham, cheese, vegetables, it was not possible to try everything despite we spend there two nights. WiFi: strong signal and fast. Parking: Private parking, paid (35 PLN, ca. 8€ per day). Parking at the street is not possible, two public parking lots (paid) nearby (we didn’t use)

Room: a bag rack would be nice, but there was enough space to put the bags on the floor.

It's a great hotel for a weekend trip to this amazing town. It's located on the edge of the Old town, one step away from all the sightseeing treasures. The stuff was so kind and we received recommendations regarding restaurants, bars, transportation. Easy to get there from the airport. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and with a variety of options. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone going to Wroclaw.
