The check in was easy, and the space was perfect for what we needed. We loved the lift, and being able to stay on the 5th floor for spectacular views. The area is SO happening, and we would come back to this area (and space) again!

Parking/driving was a little tricky, but - hey - this is a huge city, and that can be expected.

Great location. Good facilities such as fridge/freezer, washing machine etc Had a lift to our 5th floor apartment. Good security. Good air conditioning.

No comfortable chairs/sofas. We found the check in system difficult.

The location was great. The room was located within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, and the waterfront.

The property management company indicated our room key would be left in a lock box off site, however it wasn't. We had to track down the location of the rental office to obtain the keys. We then walked to the room which was a short distance away in another building. Upon check in, the rental company indicated that if we had any questions to just let them know. On a couple of occasions we reached out with inquiries , however never received any kind of response. Definitely didn't feel like a valued customer.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered plenty of room to relax. The location couldn't be better—close to everything you need while still being quiet and peaceful. It’s also excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

While I had a great stay overall, there are a couple of things to note. The shower didn’t drain very quickly, but turning down the water pressure helped, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. Be aware that there are high steps to get into the apartment, which was fine for me but could be a challenge for some. It could also get a bit noisy at times, though it wasn’t too disruptive. These were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience.

This is a nice place to stay- just on the edge of the Chiado noise and nightlife. Apartment was clean and nicely updated with cheap furniture. Winter bedding on the bed in summer. But thankfully, a thin blanket too. Mini spilt air conditioner was a godsend to keep street noise out. Nice kitchen and bath with a clothes washer. They delivered breakfast each day which I then delivered to a homeless person. It was generous breakfast if that matters to you. Easy access to transportation, groceries (at subway station) and most importantly to Copenhagen Coffee Lab. This would be a very good stay for a family of 3-4.

I felt I was participating in gentrification of the area. Sad to see what happens when properties are converted for tourism. The communication with the staff was more difficult than needed. When you arrive, you must do the following: (the staff can paste this into their instructions) you must first go to a hotel lobby two blocks away and get the keys, and if it’s after 6, they will provide a code to the door and to a key safe. This is a quick and easy stop on your way from the subway to the apartment. You cannot access the apartment without stopping for the keys. From then on. There’s an elevator to bring you up to the apartment.

We were only there for one night, however the hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with, ready to help with anything we needed and generous with great advice for how to enjoy the city. It was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and the sofa bed was already set up for us on arrival. Thank fully there is an elevator so you don't need to lug your bags up the stairs!

Nothing to report here really, the only thing I would say is that as it was the top floor so the ceiling was sloped with the roof, if you're tall this might be annoying, it didn't bother us as we had such a short stay.

This apartment is very close to time out market, underground car park (I think €30 per night), a lot of eating options.

We liked this apartment however we also found some issues during our stay. -The shower is really small and the design is bad, the water leaks out if you take slightly longer shower. So we had to take shower quickly every time. -The dryer doesn’t work but glad there were plenty of sunshine during our visit, so we just dried the clothes on balcony. -The walking distance to other attractions in town is around 20-30 minutes. We normally walked to the attractions and called Uber on our way back. -The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and it gets crazy noisy at night, crazy loud music from the bars or club nearby. -There are air conditioners in the rooms but non of them worked. It gets really hot at night but we can’t open the windows or balcony door because of noise.

The apartment is beautiful, loved it had a balcony, and coffee machine, with a couple of pods to help us. Kitchen and bathroom are really good. A lot of communication before to see if they could help us with any transfers and or recommendations for things to do.

It’s advertised on booking . Com as 1 double, ( it’s a small double), 2 twin beds , and a sofa bed. This was why I chose it, as we are 4 girls, ( friends not couples), and this gave us good sleeping arrangements. However there was no linen for the sofa bed. When I called contact, they said that I should have specified I wanted to use sofa bed, and then linen would have been there. As we arrived after office hours, nobody available to bring us sheets., so it was not ideal… There was nothing mentioned in listing to say I should have mentioned that. So a beware for people booking in the same situation. There was also no corkscrew, which was annoying when we wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine on balcony. We found a way, but a basic requirement that should be there… 😂

The location was great, and the apartment was nicely furnished. The Management Company was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

The process of getting the door code could be improved. The emails did not say that we would only get the code after 11am on the day of arrival, so we were worried as we boarded our flight that we would arrive late on a Saturday and not be able to get in. Simple fix if they just indicated the time in their emails. There were a few issues with light bulbs and coffee maker not working, but they resolved these for us very promptly.

The property is located perfectly, next to the center but away from the large crowds. Being on the top floor and well isolated, it is quiet and allows one to rest well. In addition, the apartment is very modern and large, easily fitting 3-4 people if the sofa bed in the living room is used. For a short term stay it is more than satisfactory.

It should be noted that the bed consists of two single beds put together. Being a couple, this was not ideal for us as one person often found themselves sleeping in a strange position across the two beds to be able to be near each other. So not the most comfortable. It should also be noted that while the kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, there were no essentials such as salt, pepper, oil. If you're staying long term, that's fine, but for a short term stay it doesn't make much sense to buy those essentials.
