Really enjoyed Lisbon and this property is well placed to do that. This property is on the legendary Tram 28 route with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Its about 10-15 mins walk to the central/river area. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned every day.

There is a lengthy online check in process with these properties, yet upon arrival you need to call a remote reception to gain entrance to the property, where you then check in again before receiving an access code for the main door and apartment door. Thereafter, all worked well and reception answered swiftly. The access lane is a back street for 2 cafe's, therefore be prepared to see bins and rubbish near the access of the property.

We had a fantastic stay at Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto! It was the perfect location to explore Lisbon with lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance (excellent coffee & breakfast at The Mill coffee shop at the corner). The apartment is clean, spacious and bright with lots of windows (which you could close along with shutters to block out any sound). Excellent water pressure in the shower was a bonus. Fabio was great in helping with the check-in process (as I was having some challenges figuring it out) and he was able to get us a cot for a friend who joined us for a couple of nights at the last minute.

Minor annoyances that wouldn't change my recommendation: the toilet wasn't very strong -- you had to wait several minutes after flushing to flush again. The hair dryer was quite weak and would shut off after a minute (so you had to wait for it to cool down to continue using it).

Good size of the room and bathroom, all necessary stuff in the kitchen, clean and comfortable place in a calm area, walking distance to the city center and train station

Check-in was a bit tricky (although I didn't do my homework, it might have been easier if I'd checked in online beforehand). If you use the kiosk to check in, don't forget to take a picture of the codes you get, as they won't be sent to your email (at least mine didn't). The daily cleaning was sometimes a bit funny: one day they skipped it (I wouldn't worry if it wasn't the day I needed to use the washing machine, and you can only do that if you leave 1 euro for the cleaning staff), the other day they cleaned but didn't leave a dishwasher tablet and took away the toilet roll. The chair and the headboard of the bed may need a little cleaning. All in all, that wasn’t a big deal and I would gladly stay again.

Had a nice stay at this apartment. The place had lots of space for a family: bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. The washing machine in the kitchen is a big bonus. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The building is on the edge of Bairro Alto outside of the main touristy areas, which was not a bad thing. Still within a reasonable walking distance to the centre if you don't mind the hills. Tram 28, a must experience, is at the front door. The noise from the tram was part of the Lisbon charm, so we didn't mind it.

The check in and check out process. The check in you can try to do online, which didn't work for us, or at the kiosk downstairs. It's a bit of a process, so pack your patience. For the check there's a QR code on the apartment door. For whatever reason the app that came up was in Dutch, I believe, with no option to change the language. Was not big issue for us though.

Breakfast not included. Great places to eat round the corner. Well located for eating places. 15 minutes walk to river front or town centre. On tram 28 route.

We were not sent an access code and arrived late in the evening. We tried the bell heard something and was then cut off. Phoned was cut off twice. Eventually got through and after several questions were told the access code but so quickly we couldn’t enter it. Got cut off again. Was then sent the code. Rest of the stay was fine. Would have liked a settee or two comfy chairs in apparent as there were two of us and all pictured shown when booking had a settee.

It was the second time we stayed in these apartments, as we love the location - Bairro Alto. The checkin procedure was very convenient - we got a door code and checked in at a digital kiosk in a hallway with our IDs. Our studio (room 4H) was located on the top floor and didn't face the main street, which was a huge advantage. The main street is very busy, and has a bunch of cafes and a tram line. Trams run from 6 in the morning to 11 in the evening and make a lot of noise. The first time we stayed in an apartment looking over the main street and it was difficult to fall asleep even with earplugs. The studio was well equipped, the bathroom was specious and had free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Mattresses were quite hard.

It was very comfortable, close to a bus service and with a metro card, quick to move around. It was serviced daily, nice to get back to a clean apartment after a long day of sightseeing.

The check in was a mess. A note with online details are sent days before, which is fine if this is your first point of call. We have been travelling for 2 weeks already and there is a lot of info to sort out along the way. Getting there, we had to check in on a screen. Not easy and when calling the office, the person was very curt and unhelpful.

I recently stayed in this apartment in the heart of Lisbon with two friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, placing us right in the middle of the city's vibrant life with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. As expected, being in such a central area meant there was some noise from the trams outside, but this added to the authentic city atmosphere and didn't detract from our enjoyment at all. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and comfortable beds. The WiFi was excellent, perfectly accommodating all three of us who needed to work during our stay. Overall, this apartment is a great choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the lively city environment of Lisbon while working.

I stayed in Lisbon with my parents for a couple of days and this apartment is great! The location is very central (tram 28 has a stop just down the street), and there are several small markets, restaurants and coffe shops nearby. We travelled at the beginning if March, therefore the area was still very quiet, but you might need to consider a busier nightlife during the high season. Anyway, the windows are new and they keep the noise away. Air conditioning, furbished kitchen, fridge, kettle, owen. The bathroom is comfortable but it doesn't have a window. They changed our towels every day and it was super clean. I would suggest it to families during the lower season and to friends or couples in spring/summer time probably. Overall, and considering the central location, it was a good value for money.

No microwave, could be a bit noisy at night especially during weekends or high season. If you are looking for good vibes and a well connected location is anyway a great place.

- Ease of use of getting into the property with the door codes - Presence of washing machine - The climate works well, at least for heating during winter time.

- The code lock stopped working during the last few days, so one had to ring the door bell to get in. - Cleaning every day, incl. on the Christmas day, is a bit excessive. - It would be better to have a dishwasher instead of a washing machine.
