We got in after 1130 pm it was really good we had a problem with a credit card but the guy at the desk helped us out it was great. I was looking forward to breakfast but someone called in sick and it was limited but there was someone with blonde hair dyed from the kitchen that special made me sausage for breakfast a Spanish girl I gave a tip I thought that was awesome she was great I was a quiet night . We had a good good stay We had gone to the opening of the Big E and a concert there that night thank you for a great night Doreen Rogers

Wonderful selection, but not always hot enough on hot foods. Location very acessable .

A staff person at front desk did not make my 2nd stay which was a few days after the first stay same month only a week later , amount if days incorrect. Spoke with other staff they corrected the issue. This staff person could use customer service training not very personable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very welcoming lobby on a cold winter day. The whole place had a much more fresh modern vibe to it than I was expecting and brightened up my mood. The fish really do add a surprising level of pizazz. Pool was perfect for what I was looking for as was the room. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Technology was helpful and not overwhelming. With the extra 20 for local places. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Very pretty and well put together inside

Our room had a very strong odor of cologne and when I asked if we could switch rooms, they said no. I know it wasn’t their fault but they didn’t even try to help. Also, when I went to get coffee in the morning, they were out and I had to wait but they made a new pot.

Reina was nice, And she helped find me a room with a tub period I'm on the road all day for work period and I wanted to soak in some Epsom salt. I guess I had booked the room wrong while using the app, but she was very helpful and got me what I needed for my stay. The facility was very clean and well organized. Breakfast was quite tasty as well.

The facility was welcoming, comfortable, fresh-feeling. Staff were unwaveringly friendly and helpful. Loved touches like coffee all day, along with oatmeal and fresh cookies. Rooms were immaculate, creatively decorated, well-designed. We have a fantastic stay.

It’s convenient and close to family so if we need more room for relatives we always have a place for them to stay

The price is $100+ then it was last year when we stayed there. Not sure if it’s because of the fall foliage time of year or the name change in the hotel or what. But more than last time I stayed.

Friendly, polite, courteous service when I checked in. This was my first time in this state. The lady checking me in gave me a list of good restaurants, I really appreciated her kindness.

A better rate for people traveling for work. Being so far away from home and out making a living for the family is difficult. Any small thing can be a great gesture.

Breakfast was good. There is a coffee bar available in the hallway all the time. My family loved the gym and the pool.

Is located apart from houses or stores. There is a Starbucks and Wendy's but no walk roads, no traffic lights for walkers.

Great breakfast! Hotel staff were friendly and informed me of the amenities. They placed us in a quiet room, which was appreciated. Updated hotel, very trendy.

It was in a strange location. Close to things, like coffee shops, but there were empty lots with overgrown weeds across the street.
