As a traveling insurance inspector from Laconia, NH this was a great regional spot for two quick overnighters to handle the Springfield region. It was quiet by 10 and the staff was execeptionally friendly and gave me many good options on finding local resturants to go to.

However, this isn't a place for you if you're expecting modern trappings and fixtures and spotless corners in the flooring. This is a retro place with retro decor and retro cleaning services. I wouldn't eat off the floor, but I wouldn't do that anyways since that's where the feet and boots go. The bed was great and the shower water was hot. Good enough for me!

The room was fresh and clean. The money saved by this low priced room went to a delicious breakfast at the nearby The Good Table. It was convenient enough to the Big E. You park right outside your room, easy in and out.

For my needs, this small business was very good. I thought the nearby road might be too loud, but by late evening the traffic sounds were gone on a Friday night. I needed to check out very early and I just left my card key in the room and drove away to have breakfast and go to the Big E.

Love spending my money with a family owned business vs giant corporate hotel. Room looked like it had been recently renovated throughout. I travel by motorcycle and prefer a motel where I can park right outside my door. This motel was in a residential setting but not that far from major highways. All 1 level, no noisy kids or adults running the halls and banging doors.

Parking lot is a bit rough but appearances are deceiving

The room have been updated recently, though still not to a level comparable to name brand hotels. The mattress was nice and firm, so I got a good nights sleep. The owner was very friendly at check-in. The early morning check-out was easy, just leave the key card in the room.

Couldn't find any wifi password information in the room.

I appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel and that it's fairly quiet. No doors slamming or anyone revving up their vehicles in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly upon arrival and on departure.

One of the beds made a strange sound when you sat on it. It was a vibration of the metal underneath and could probably be easily fixed. It didn't ruin our stay, just something to note. My bed was the exact same as my son's and fine.

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean - the people running it are very kind. Wi-Fi was good and I was able to teach a lesson on Zoom with no problems. It is true that there isn’t a microwave in the room but there’s a small shared area where you can microwave things very close to the rooms.

It is close to the road but it didn’t bother me and it isn’t that big a road.

We appreciate being able to stay at an affordable price as we my Dad has been in a nearby elderly home for 4'years. It's always clean and the staff is very nice.

W would have appreciated prior notice that the electricity would be shut off at 9am on 9/12. A nice woman came to our door to about 8:50am to let us know. Perhaps, they only received notice that morning.

Perfect place to spend a night before a work event. Very clean, cute, and appreciated the clothing hangers in the room.

No iron/ironing boards in the room or hair dryers which would be nice.

The room was clean and spacious, the flooring appears to be brand new, the bathroom was larger than expected. Also, there is ample parking, the location is easy to find and close.to RT 202

The mattress was a little hard, but that's more personal preference. My only suggestion would be to add a door chain or some other additional safety lock on the interior of the door.

The room was so new and clean, far exceeded my expectations. The person at the front desk was helpful and welcoming. The best experience I've ever had at a motel!
