We had 2 double rooms as a family, they were really comfortable and simply decorated, they appeared to have been refurbished recently. The bathroom was small but has a good walk-in shower. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast which was a good selection of cheese, eggs, meats, fruit, cereal, yoghurt etc and you can squeeze your own fresh orange juice. We sat outside on the terrace which has good views. The staff were all helpful and frendly. The pool area is pretty but the pool is small, still nice for a dip and the kids enjoyed playing in it. Great central location with a good choice of restaurants within a few minutes. Close to Mystras site too which is superb!

We very much enjoyed the beautiful view on the Byzantine castle from the balcony. The hotel is located at the central square. From the balcony you get a picture of Greek lifestyle. The garden is very nice. The owner of the hotel makes you feel very welcome. She is very helpful. Sparti is not far from Mystras. So if you think it is too quiet you just visit Sparti in the evening where there are a lot of activities. There are 2 museums: the archaeological museum and the modern museum of the history of olives and the production of olive oil.

We hope that next time the swimming pool will be clean. It needs a renovation.

Our room was large and had plenty of floor space for our suitcases to open. It was at the end of the corridor and had view of the sunrise over the hills. It had a balcony out the other side. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom wasn't large but was adequate. Breakfast was good with homemade cakes and the usual fare. The hotel was right in the centre of Mystras. There was parking to the side of the hotel and some further under the trees. That was full when we arrived back from dinner but there was plenty of space on the roadsides. There is a pool which we didn't use but it looked nice.

As is common, there were 2 steps up to the hotel door and then about 8 stairs up to reception. There was a lift from there. The wifi was good but only on the ground floor. There was a comfortable lounge with couches, tables and chairs where you could sit while accessing wifi.

A Wonderful hotel in the perfect location right in the heart of Mystras. Our room had clearly been recently refurbished and it was all great. The shower was powerful. On our balcony we had an incredible view of the entire archaeological site up the mountain, which we visited (incredible). I have added a picture taken from the balcony. The staff were really helpful and the pool area was always well maintained-the pool was perfect to jump into after hiking about! Breakfast was very good.

Perfect location, in the centre of town and with views of the ruins from the terrace of the room. Great breakfast buffet, nice garden area. The staff we dealt with were very friendly, they made a herbal tea late at night for my wife who wasn't feeling well. It's an old school hotel, with a big lounge, retro atmosphere, just don't expect great luxury or super modern things.

The hotel is not new so you have to know what to expect. I think we had one of the older rooms and it showed, especially the bathroom, where some things were falling apart ... But we had a lovely stay regardless.

We really like the staff. The went out of the way to help us. We had a bike parked and they noticed that it was laying on the side. So the staff came along and picked it up, which required 4 people. Then they secured the gear which was falling off. When we arrived we thanked them and ask if they could have a look on the surveillance camera to see if somebody did knock the bike over. They did so in the morning and it turned out that a gale force wind did throw the bike over. We liked as well the close proximity to the museum, you could walk a drive for 4 min. as well that the restaurants a coffees were just in front of the hotel. Last but not least, we liked to pool for a dip, since this summer was extremly hot, particular when riding motorcycles .

Lovely clean spacious room. Air conditioning, double glazing and wooden shutters so options for air circulation / heating /cooling. Everything was clean. The bed was so comfortable! The shower had a non slip mat which i appreciated. There was a safe, mini fridge in the room. Also a shady parking space and use of a pool (sadly we didnt have time) The staff were friendly. And very helpful. Great location in a quiet village.

It is a nice and welcoming small hotel in the little village of Mystras, really close to the archeological site. It has a good private parking and the breakfast is excellent. The room is nice and clean with a huge bed. Staff is friendly and kind.

Personally, I don't like foam mattresses because they are too warm and soft, but this was not important at all. Everything else was excellent.

Location is amazing - in the heart of a beautiful village in the foothills of the Taygetos mountains, 5 minutes drive from ancient Mystras. A great place to stay with a couple of good tavernas, cafe and bar on the village square next to the hotel. Pool in the garden is clean and a beautiful setting to relax in after exploring ancient Mystras. Rooms are clean and very good value for money.

Nothing - this was our second stay as we liked it so much the first time.

As soon as you enter the premises you are welcomed by good vibes. Cheerful staff at reception make your checkin process pleasant enough to call it an excellent start. Overall staff is down to help you whenever is needed. Location is excellent, its a small village of Mystras that people come to visit and it is situated right in the centre square. I was lucky enough to get a room on 2nd floor whose terrace was towards main road and its lovely to see people dinning and chatting at the restaurant by the road. Room itself was of decent size with a spacious terrace. Beds were comfy, plenty of charging spots, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Heating was working and a mini fridge was there. The breakfast is good and you get a peaceful view while you are having it.

Like most of the accommodations in Greece this one does not provide a kettle in the room, which can bother a bit. When its cold outside and you want to make your own tea or coffee, its a shame to not have a kettle in your room. The voices coming from the next door room probably was very clear you could understand what were they talking even. I wish the room was a bit more soundproof than that. Other than that everything was perfect.
