great location! easy walk to beach restaurants and cvs/liquor stores. loved walked to our room through the outdoor courtyard

the door to our bathroom didn’t fully shut and lock and also didn’t stay open with out a towel holding it in place. luckily that wasn’t the biggest issue for us. also could some extra drawers as three of us struggled to have a place for each of us to set up and unpack

I liked the design of the hotel and the rooms. It's cosy and colorful. Visually enjoyable. The location is great. Free chairs and tent on the beach. Amenities in the room were great.

The pricing model is misleading. Get ready to pay 35% more than the listed price.

-The hotel was nicely decorated -The room had a ceiling ventilator (super practical if you can't stand air-condition 24/7) -The beds and pillows were comfortable -The staff was polite and helpfull -The location was very convinient (3' walk to the beach, close the a bus station and walking distance(aprx 40') to south beach through a beautiful promenade) -There was security at night inside the hotel -The hotel had sunbeds on the beach for the guests

-The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner -Our room was noisy due to the multiple air-condition units on the outside wall (maybe a room with pool view doesn't have this problem) -You can't open the windows (pretty much anywhere in Florida) (Overall there was no big red flag : ) )

The parking lot that was suggested was $54 per night BUT there is a city garage within 5 minute walk that is only $8.00 for 24 hours! It is city garage #6 at 42nd St and Sheridan Ave.

We had a great time at Circa 39 hotel - the rooms very comfortable and nicely decorated and the hotel amenities (pool and bar etc) are very good. We also really enjoyed our breakfasts and the dinner we had. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the Miami Beach area and there is a lovely paved beachside boardwalk all the way from the hotel to the Art Deco district which was great, very accessible and felt very safe. To visit the other sites in Miami you need to get Ubers and it takes about 20 minutes but this was always easy to do and not too expensive. On the whole the staff were great and really friendly - they made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating and attentive.

Housekeeping in the rooms was a little inattentive at times, although the rooms were clean

great in distance from airport and close to the trolly stops.Room was a good size, hot water in shower,and bed size good.liked the style of room and that it had fridge & iron, cozy for a couple.the front desk person was nice upon entry helpful with luggage and details of facility.cute robes in closet and grounds were quiet its close to outside pharmacy and easy for uber to find wish I had a flower in the room.

No microwave in room, Staff was rude cause we had outside food and wanted to sit and eat inside with A/C the rude bar attendant forced us to the back closed in picnic table where it's hot and filled with outside bugs not covered from rain, very humid she was mean. We didn't want that small menu from hotel restaurant selection and the lobby being turned into a 3 star restaurant all day sucks for paying/residing customers. Also,pool is kinda small and chlorine was too strong to enjoy.

Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival, the staff members were amazing and very helpful, they made our stay very smooth and pleasent! It was very handy that the hotel provided a second set of towels for the beach. The kitchen was fine as well, the variety of dishes was not the biggest, but the dishes offered were cooked really well, with a good balance of value and cost. And I should mention that the pool area is amazingly good as well. Very comfortable, the water is clean and refreshing. Also as an additional note we liked that the place has its own unique "color" in terms of interior design and decorations. Very cosy and it helped a lot during a heavy rain to keep up the miami vibes.

I think that dishes that are served in jules kitchen are very good, however they are served with souses in plastic containers, that looks a bit out of place... If you can replace it with ceramic or glass it would be much better. All the plugs are located on one side of the bed, it is not convenient if you travel with someone. Would be nice to have the plugs at both sides of the bed. Also, the hotel provides a card of partners that gives you a beach chair and an umbrella. The chairs are comfortable and the staff of a partner company is very nice, but they are closing at 5pm. This is the time when you can still enjoy the sun and the beach. I saw other companies were offering service till 7pm, which makes much more sense.

The hotel and staff were great. We stayed in the courtyard, in a quiet and clean room. The beach was just across the street, so we took advantage of our location to see the sunrise a few mornings. Collins Street, however, was very busy and under a lot of construction, which made it feel too much like a city for my taste. I would have preferred a less congested area.

I was uncomfortable with the request to sign a waiver absolving the hotel of responsibility for my valuables, which made me feel unsafe leaving the cleaning staff unsupervised in my room. Consequently, we opted out of housekeeping services. Additionally, the beach chairs were worn out and not very comfortable.

the location was the best. directly across the street from the beach, next door to a corner market with fresh sandwiches, pastries and goods like bottled water or sundresses and hats. I loved the pool and the fact that they offered food and beverage service from the bar. the seating area was expected for a boutique hotel but the ambiance and setting of the pool area was chic and hip. We also loved the Paolo, he made you feel like family! his smile and his infectious energy was the best. He’s also incredibly funny he doesn’t make you feel like “just a guest” his personality was everything.

that 3pm check-in was a little rough but I’m glad they offered baggage storage, and the pool was open for use. the gym… oh that sweet gym. while they have one, it’s not very good. the machines need replacing it’s tucked in a tiny corner that staff uses for their daily work assignments and it’s just not a good workout environment. but I guess if you realllly need to workout, you can make do with what they have.

Excellent service, from check in to the bartender. Great location, fun atmosphere. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and sitting on the patio was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting in the cabana. It was peaceful and clean.

Our room was near the courtyard and it was VERY noisy with groups hanging out there late at night. They weren't even being very rowdy, just casual conversation echoed immensely and we got very little sleep the first night. Foot steps above us were also very loud. I'm a heavy sleeper but really had difficulty sleeping here. Also, the lock on the bathroom door was completely busted and appeared to have been that way a long time.
