The staff were very helpful despite the hotel being very busy at the time. The hotel location is perfect being right off 95 South, which made traveling to Merritt Island for family very quick and easy. The hotel is also near both a Walmart and a Publix which turned out to be very useful.

The room was a bit humid at first but that comes with being in south Florida. Once we figured out how to operate the dehumidifier, the room lost any moisture smell and became very cool and comfortable.

It was a last minute booking on the 4th, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of service and facilities. The rate was very fair compared to jacked up "holiday" rates for other hotels and motels in the area. The service was very good, the facilities were okay ()there was some renovation going on), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the whole, I was very pleased.

It was pretty far from my target destination but , of course, that wasn't the hotel's fault.

We arrived early and Martha and William were very kind, helpful and stored our luggage safely until it was time to check in. They were fully booked and still got us in easily and early (we explored the town while we waited). The room was clean and big and the bed was comfy. Very easy location to catch an Uber/Lyft to MCO to head home early the next morning (we prebooked ours) . Highly recommend this hotel especially for the budget, and location to many nearby sites. The room was ready when we arrived and clean. I loved the breakfast they had everything you need for a good breakfast, the lady who was in charge of keeping the food stocked was very attentive, keeping the area clean. The attention of the receptionist Martha was very professional and at the same time friendly and kind.

I think the elevator needs repair.

Front Desk was very helpful. Ms. Martha an Ms. Ella have wonderful personalities and they will do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. Beds was comfortable Hotel was clean It was very convenient within walking distance to get food and some shopping at Ross

The walls were thin, so we could easily hear the tv next door. Thebreakfast was a little lacking.

Arriving at hotel did not give me a nice and warm welcome. Hotel was already quite some years old. That was unavoidable not to observe. However the staff was extremely helpful. That made up for a great deal of this strange feeling I had. Hotel was next to the Interstate and only 15 miles from the Kennedy Space Center. Next to hotel there was a variety of gas stations, shops and restaurants. Parking space was free and spacious and enough places. The hotel itself was clean, but taking the stairs one could see that these stairs had not seen a vacuum cleaner for many, many years. The hotel room was a one could expect. Clean and the internet was perfect. The bathroom was OK, but already quite old, had never been renovated since they opened the hotel. Breakfast was typically US, wafles, bagles, cream cheese, coffee and an incredibly unpleasant sweet orange juice. Again, the ladies of the staff were the cherry on this experience I had at La Quinta in Mebourne, Florida , USA. Would I return, sure, the price quality was excellent the room itself was clean and, location perfect ! And as said before, the staff was one of the best I ever got to know !!

Old hotel and the stair case behind the elevator should be vacuumed once in a while. The breakfast area was very elemantary.

The breakfast was good. Staff was very attentive to my needs. The location was near a shopping center ,restaurants and a gas station within walking distance.

The hotel is under construction so there were fans blowing in the hallway and not alot of rooms available.

Desk clerks were all pleasant and efficient. Room was neat and clean.

The hours for the breakfast were way too short, 7-9 each day...... Checkout isn't until 12:00 noon, we wanted to sleep in a bit on Sunday. At 8:55 the breakfast lady was removing food!! We literally had to grab food before she took it all away, even though she said there was no rush! The time should be extended or at least let the people who are there eating finish before removing the remaining food. She even closed the curtain and we were behind it....
