Super clean and very comfortable.

Being only a week old with very new staff there were some hiccups still. There wasn’t any soap, shampoo, lotion or hand towels in the room or available. The manager had just arrived that day and still didn’t know where things were. But he had a great attitude. He even went to his car to get an unused soap from a previous hotel stay so I would have some.

Very new, very clean. Own laundry for personal use.

The wifi is artificially limited - at the time that it is broken. But working wifi is offered for a fee - cheeky.

The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. As the property was new, there were no pics online of the rooms so we were taking a chance. The room we got was spacious and clean. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the security door from the lobby to the elevator was nice too. The location was great ss we were there for a 1-night stay before jumping on a cruise from Port Canaveral. Parking was ample as well.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that no toiletries were provided except one roll of toilet paper. There was not even a bar of soap or shampoo so you need to bring your own soap just to wash your hands. Also, the kitchen was new but included no utensils, pots/pans, or cutlery so its use was quite limited. Finally, the bed we had was a queen, but was a mattress only (no boxspring) on an "economical" bed frame, and it easily rolled when you sat on it. We would still return to this hotel.

New property. Very clean and quiet. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly. Location was convenient to where we needed to be.

While there was free coffee in the lobby until 10am, it would have been nice to have an in-room coffee pot. Also, there was no shampoo in the room, but fortunately, I travel with my own. I thought it was odd that while there is a kitchenette there are no utensils. But I was only there a night and didn't plan to cook, so it's more of an observation and not a complaint.

The place was very quiet and clean staff were friendly polite and helpful. The location was perfect for me and they are restaurants in close proximity which is of great convenience this hotel overall is a great place to stay.

I didn’t have any problems while I was staying here the only thing I didn’t see in the room was lotion don’t know if you guys provided that at your hotel but that no biggie will walk with mine the next time 😆

This hotel is not supposed to be like a fancy resort but it was great for what it is. We stayed one night but plenty of other guests appeared to be using it for extended stay. Hotel was very clean in all areas (lobby/halls/elevator/room/bathroom). Front desk staff and housekeeping was noticeably pleasant - very happy to help in any way they could. Super accommodating and approachable - they did not seem bothered by requests. Parking lot/area around hotel felt clean and safe.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the staff was very friendly and attentive

I didn't like the seeing the dogs (I am not a fan of animals having just as many rights as I have). I didn't like the dripping sound in the roof of the bathroom, and did not feel like repacking to move to another room. Also did not like the $50 deposit and having to wait a few days to get it back.

The room was clean, the staff at reception were super nice, hotel location is great and overall - great value for money!

Nothing that we didn't like; one suggestion, though, since the rooms have a kitchenette, it would be nice to have some dishes there and cleaning detergent.

The place was beautiful and clean and amazing value for what I paid. I would stay again and recommend to everyone! The employees were very nice and friendly and remembered me and greeted me every time they saw me.

My one and only complains was that the vending machines were empty, but that is a very very small complaint. This place was really nice and had a wonderful location.

The location was perfect. Our check-in person was very personable and thorough. (ugh, didn't get her name) - We will stay here again when we come back
