Very nice room smell and looks are amazing

When I arrived I did my pre check inn true the Ramada app and payed for my stay. When I got to the front desk to do my check inn the front desk clerk wanted to charge me again for my stay for the one night I explained to him that I was charge on my credit card for the one night and he got mad and started arguing with me thar no it was never paid for even though I just had showed him the Ramada app with the charges for the one night and he still went back and forth with me that I had to go out of my ways and go in my bank account app and proof to him that it was withdrawaled from my account for the one night. He need a little better costumer service skills.

I liked everything about the room. The bathroom was very spacious. The water pressure in the shower was very good! The King Bed was very comfortable. The TV was big and had a good selection of channels. I liked that the room had two chairs as opposed to just one. The look and feel of the hotel room were clean, modern, and inviting. The cabinets were also very nice as was the little bench-like sitting area in the corner near the bathroom. The breakfast was also good and had a variety of foods available to enjoy.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the room. I did notice when walking to the front reception from my room that I few garbage bins were overflowing with garbage not sure how long it was there but it was unsightly. I needed to just use a small room, or meeting room for privacy to teach online for about 2 hours. The person at the desk that night said it wouldn't be a problem, but the next day the person at the front reception wanted to charge me $100 USD an hour to use the room! Are you kidding me! Spend 3-4 X more money than I make to have a private meeting room. NO WAY and NO Thank YOU! I felt this was very unreasonable and insensitive on this man's part. I taught in my spacious bathroom and that was FREE!

Breakfast was your normal waffle maker, etc. It fed the belly. Location was good. The woman also a family member of the man who was gruff, was very kind.

A little more is needed by their maids. The lamps and different areas were dusty and attitude of the man who either owned it or was the mgr was rather rude talking to some woman kicking her out and the way he addressed everyone. Also, well over a few months before our stay requested 3 rooms near each other and our 3 rooms were not near each other at all. That was disappointing.

The property is a little dated but management & staff do a good job of keeping it clean & making sure guests feel welcomed. It’s also pet friendly. The manager & his wife are very kind & compassionate people. They go above to make sure guest’s wants & needs are genuinely met with care & concern. He personally came to my room to fix the television at 10pm & didn’t leave or give up until it was fixed. I would stay here again & recommend this hotel to friends & family.

The rates of the room change from day to day. I have been under home renovations & remodeling for a couple months. This hotel has been “home” for a little while. I have paid a different amount every day that my family has been here. I don’t understand how it’s cheaper to pay by the day then to have a weekly rate.

The room, pool, and facilities were actually much better than I had expected from the reviews. We had a great stay.

I did the pre-arrival check-in as the hotel system asked me to, which included credit card authorization, passport, address, etc. However, upon arrival, the receptionist asked me for all the information again as he "could not see anything in the system". My credit card was thus charged (reserved) the amount twice...

The property is well maintained and clean. We stayed in a room facing the pool and had no issues with noise or other occupants.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t eat breakfast in our room. We went to the lobby while breakfast was being served and wanted to take ours back to the room and the lady at the front desk said that wasn’t allowed. The lobby is full of people during breakfast hours and we didn’t want to sit with everyone. Some people have social anxiety and don’t like eating around others. This was the only thing we didn’t like about our stay.

Location was perfect, next to the interstate. Clean room and the bathroom was bigger than expected...which was nice.

Breakfast could have use some improvement. We like the varieties BUT the egg and sausage gravy was lukewarm. Should put up a sign on how to use the waffle maker. Another family and I both failed on making a simple waffle. Plus I think the batter was way to watery. The juices was water down as well.

Since we were going into port the next day it made for a good hotel stay for one night. The beds were comfy and overall the room was better than what I expected.

The location looks a little sketchy at first, because the front of the hotel is under construction. We also had a dried rag hanging up on the top of the shower that was not clean so it was a slight oversight when the cleaner cleaned the room. However, it wasn’t enough to make me complain.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was extremely easy to book the reservation. The staff were friendly and helpful with late night check-in.

The furniture in the room had masking tape around the bottom of it, which was not really appealing. While I was preparing to check out the housekeeping staff knocked once and then attempted to open the door before I could respond. Possibly my fault because I checked out a little late ... still disturbing.

My room was very clean and that is the most important thing to me.

My alarm clock was broken as well as the plug for the bath tub. I notified the crew and told them it wouldn't be a big deal as I use my phone as a alarm most of the time. The plug is what bothered me most as my son was at a wrestling camp and he soaks in Epson salt after a long day of practices.
