Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation, reasonably priced at an amazing location. Situated near the Arena de Toros in the heart of the historical center, is in walking distance from the Cathedral area, from the river and from Triana. In fact, as a tourist you will need transport only for Plaza Espana and the bus stop for that is very near to the hotel. Also very easily accessible by bus both from the main train station as well as from the bus station. The rooms are spacious and you will find that all furniture and appliances are in good condition. My mattress was quite comfortable and the room very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the room, including its kitchen was fully equipped (even for cooking), including among other things a microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle and a coffee machine with as many coffee capsules as the days of my stay. The personnel were pleasant and professional and they went out of their way to help with something I needed that was not really part of their obligations. I was also surprised by the fact that there was absolutely no noise from the streets. A roof terrace is available if you don't like to eat or work in the room or if you want to sunbathe. If you need to auto-check in, it's a really straightforward process. Overall highly recommended.

Some rooms have windows only to the corridors around the staircase which is situated in the center of the building. Also being hotel apartments and not a hotel the reception is open only for 3-4 hours per day. You will hear the guests from other rooms quite audibly, but I consider this to be a common issue that is to be expected if you stay in any historic center of any city in Spain.

We knew what time the receptionist was going to be there & arrived before reception closed for the afternoon. They were opening for some time in the evening as well. Our apartment was well equipped & comfortable. A little ‘tired’, but we were only staying for 2 nights & had everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are based in a busy area & perfectly placed to get to bars, restaurants, shops & local attractions after a few minutes walk. We will stay at the apartments again when we next visit Seville as they were good value for money & well situated.

The apartment was open space type including the bed and the kitchen, like a studio. The size was ok and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had been included with all necessary to cook in good conditions. The location of the apartment was very good, at 5-15 min walking distance by center of Sevilla and all the attractions.

We had to wait more than 20 min after 3 pm to receive our apartment and check-in. It was not quite an issue but looks like you need to be patient and wait for the cleaning to be ready (might be just one cleaning lady). The flamenco show is interesting but quite annoying and a little disturbing after 9 pm when you are inside the first floor apartment, the sound is quite hard.

The apartment was in good condition and clean, it offered all the necessary appliances to make a coffee or a quick diner. The bed was very comfortable and air condition was a must in Seville. The location was very central and there is a local market across the road, where one can buy fresh products/fruits and bread from a very good bakery. I would return certainly to this property. I recommend.

It was not possible to choose the apartment with preference to the inner side or facing the streets, even though I wrote a note while making the reservation. It would be preferable to receive a feedback of the host that they would take care of my request upfront when I made the booking.

Apartment in a great location, very clean. Comfortable, completely sufficient. Getting into the apartment without a key, only with the door code, was a great convenience.

The first thing I can complain about is the bathroom door - it squeaked a lot, which was sometimes disturbing. I also believe that it is unnecessary to provide personal data - such as ID number and place of residence. I understand the need to obtain such data from one person, but asking for such data from all people is unreasonable.

Excellent location and a very competitive price for a stay in the centre of the city. The apartment had everything we needed and was well designed to make a clever use of space. It was particularly useful to us that there is a washing machine as we were on a motorcycle touring holiday and packing space is tight. There was also free motorcycle parking right outside the front door.

Whilst the apartment had full cooking facilities it was a little dark to spend too much time there. We ate out.

The room itself was huge with a balcony which didn't have a view, but is good to sit out and relax. The room has an AC which is a relief after hot weather outside. The room also had a big screen TV and a sofa and a kitchen. The check-in process was also smooth. I had to fill an online check-in with document details a day before and I got the pin to enter the apartment on the day of check-in. There is no reception, but they are quite responsive on WhatsApp. There is also a flamenco show right beside the apartment which if you book through the property, you will get 20% discount. The apartment is also right beside the river which is nice for an evening stroll.

Nothing as such. Just be aware that the tapping of feet from the Flamenco show downstairs is audible from the apartment. It's not an issue as the show only happens twice a day (1830 and 2030).

Our apartment was fantastic - clean and spacious. Location is safe and 10 mins walk to Cathedral/Alcazaba. The kitchen is well equipped to make a small meal or breakfast. There is a coffee machine too with capsules for a good cup of coffee. The communication with the Zentral team was seamless. I had all details I needed to enter the apartment when I reached there. You can have a comfortable stay here even if its a long one. Tonnes of food options available around.

This was my second stay at the Zentral Apartments. I can't recommend the accommodation highly enough. Its location is superb, the cleaning carried out is wonderful and the bed id one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I was in Sevilla in February and June. The temperature controls were perfect for each need, one for heat and one for cool. The code system is so convenient, for example, when our flight was very delayed, we didn't have to contact anybody, we were able to let ourselves in. The staff are friendly and helpful and communication is very good.
