The location is fantastic and the staff were brilliant.

The first room we were given wasn’t what I expected from the photos but I spoke to the manger and he quickly sorted us out with a better room and from that point on everything was perfect.

We were 3 and we stayed for 2 nights and I really don't mind coming to the same hotel next time. Location is okay. No so far from the center, old city and port Staff are ok and friendly. Check in and check out was done quickly. Room is big, beds are comfortable, room isolation is good, air-conditioned, plenty of amenities. The room is carpeted which I liked. Bathrooms are properly isolated with wooded doors which provides privacy. There is a public parking just behind the hotel. Rate is about average.

I don't know if I can consider this as a negative point, however, the WC is in a different room from the bathroom and washbasin so if you finish from the WC you have to go to another room to wash your hands. I would suggest adding a small washbasin to the toilet room and this will be perfect.

Stayed in room 405 and the room was spacious although it is not a renovated room.but the ambience is excellent, comfy and the view of sea is amazing. There is a coffee machine as well as instant coffee and tea. There is bathtub and room.amenities is sufficient. The heater is working. Breakfast was variety and good though on the 2nd day i was told that my child need to pay when he was actually included in the room rate. Not sure what transpired at the.coffee shop. However, reception staff acknowledged and said it was included.in the room. Location also good within 10 mins to Nice Old town. All the hotel staff was very pleasant and have great hospitality, from my arrival till check out. Excellent. I truly recommended this hotel and if ever come back to Nice will return here.

The Nizza Westend Hotel offers an outstanding location – just a stone's throw from the beach, sun, and sea. Location of the hotel is excellent and right across from Promenade Des Anglais which is beautiful for walks and just sitting on the numerous seats available. Hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the train station , return train for 2 people to cannes was only €25 for both of us and staff in train station very helpful with tickets etc . Breakfast was excellent and the break feast location was fantastic Choice of food was excellent Staff were friendly and very helpful

The room was very small , Bed was hard Storage area for cloths is very small ,had to leave some of our cloths in the cases Bathroom was really very small and shower well below 4 star standard Generally outside the hotel in the old town we thought the food was pretty poor compared to Irish restaurant standards , when ordering you wouldn't need a started as they serve bread before the starter There are some restaurant bars close to the hotel opposite the Promenade and they are clean and reasonably priced , glass of white wine €8 but up in the old town square wine by the glass a particular restaurant for standard wine was €14.00

Beautiful period building with charm and character located on the fashionable Promenade des Anglais. Close to the Old City and a delightful pedestrian zone full of restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was beyond expectations with a variety of hot and cold choices. The whole hotel including our room was spotless and well maintained.

We were so disappointed in the room size for a privilege double room. While the square meters of the room were on the site, the photos led us to believe there it would be spacious enough to move around comfortably. It was tiny!

This was our fourth visit to the hotel and I have no complaint. Special thanks for Sylvio, concierge, and Tomoko, receptionist for their help.

The taxi I booked at a cost of £30.82 . through Booking.com failed to arrive at the airport on our arrival. Our booking ref No. 73933460. Afterwards I was unable to contact them on the number provided. We waited in a lengthy queue and managed to get another taxi at a cost of 40 euros plus a 5 euro tip. After a long delayed flight that was not ideal. This of course does not reflect on our hotel.

The breakfast is excellent, the location of the hotel is probably the best possible place on the Riviera. Wherever you go, it's about a ten-minute walk and you're there. It's especially convenient that the train station is nearby, and from that station you can visit all the places on the Cote d'Azur. It's recommended to buy a day ticket. The hotel is almost 200 years old and you can feel the charm of some good old times.

Staff were welcoming and helpful - but it was our 6th time at the Hotel! If we keep going back to the same place that often it says a lot about standards being maintained and constantly being improved.

There was some renovation work ongoing on the building facade during our stay, but this did not impact on our enjoyment of the Hotel.
