We stayed in the large family suite, which is newly renovated. It was ideal for our family of three, with a large bed for us and a single bed in a separate area for our daughter. There are two beautiful bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a lovely bathtub. The room is huge and beautifully decorated, and there are two separate air conditioners, one in each sleeping area. We all thought the beds were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated that the curtains blocked all the light so we weren't woken early by the sun. The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk from Paddington and two other Tube stations, making it easy to get anywhere in the city or to Heathrow. Even though it's centrally located, it was very quiet. Breakfast was good, not too crowded, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Other than a couple of small complaints (see below), we found the hotel wonderful and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! The hotel should add better pictures of the family suite to the website, as the few small photos do not do it justice. We had no idea when booking the room what it looked like or how the two sleeping areas were configured. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and nice the room was.

There are just a few little things that could be improved, possibly because the room is newly renovated and there are a few things yet to be added. First, there were no trash cans in either bathroom. We had to walk out of the bathrooms to the other side of the very large room to throw things away, which was strange. Second, it would be great to add a full-length mirror somewhere in the room (a lighted makeup mirror would also be a nice touch). Last, the television felt tiny compared to the size of the room. It would be nice to have a larger TV, but it's not that big of a deal as we did not come to London to watch television!

Stylish room with amazingly comfortable bed. Room service included and is amazing! Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very quiet and possibly the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. High quality breakfast. The hotel is close to Hyde Park which is great for views and somewhere to relax.

I wish the TV was a smart TV - that's the ONLY bad point.

It was one of the best hotels we have been at, the service was beyond what we expected. The other hotels we been at has always had some things that we really disliked, but this time we could literally not find anything bad about it and that’s a new for us. My boyfriend had his birthday while we stayed at the hotel and the crew made sure he felt like a birthday boy without us even mentioning it by surprising him with a note, some balloons, and a cake. Always made sure to meet our needs wether it was a question about the hotel or when we lost the card key to the room. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who wants quality rooms, good breakfast with great service for a really good price.

I had a great experience at the Caesar Hotel London, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, The room was a bit small but overall it was extremely clean, had everything I needed, and comfy. The location is excellent, very close to Hyde park, Bayswater and Queensway stations. The breakfast was very good It was an excellent stay, and will definitely consider again when visiting London.

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. We stayed in an executive suite which was perfect. Very modern room and facilities. The shower was powerful and spacious. Large bed and comfortable pillows. Nice complimentary tea and coffee. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help answer our questions.

It was slightly noisy at times with hotel doors opening/closing and people in the lift coming back late at night or leaving early in the morning. Apart from this, everything was fantastic.

Easy 10 minute walk from Paddington Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You could tell the room had been updated (it was a beautiful modern design) and it was always clean. Perfect place to come back to after a long day out sightseeing as I knew I would get the rest I needed for the next day. Couldn't hear people closing their doors, walking around, or talking. Never tried the breakfast, the bar, or room service so can't speak on that experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Room and the all facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall service was quite professional and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is expensive but perfectly delicious and the service was excellent. Neighborhood was quite lovely as well.

Room was quite small and the bathroom also. Shower area was in normal dimensions but the bathroom sink was so small that it was debatable if it was really there or not. This caused us to mess the bathroom floor everytime we used it but at least the cleaning staff was doing a good job. I am not sure if they could have changed the rooms as we didn't bother to ask.

Could not fault the food at the Caesar at all, staff at breakfast very professional and friendly, reception staff especially efficient very helpful, it was my husbands birthday and they surprised him with balloons, cake and a card which was really appreciated, the hotel was exceptionally clean.

Just a couple of things, the bathroom was a little cramped, would prefer the hairdryer in the main area not the bathroom as was quite difficult to use, for the price did expect a better tea/coffee facility

The hotel is really beautiful and clean. The staff were brilliant and helped me a lot. The location is perfect within a 10 minute walk to three different tube stations including Paddington. I did not have breakfast or dinner there but the restaurant looked really lovely.

Nothing I did not like. There was no fridge in the room which was a shame as we like to keep drinks/snacks in there for us. Otherwise the room was fully equipped and clean.

The location was excellent for a tourist. The room was very spacious for a family of four, including two toddlers. We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options and an à la carte menu that met all our dietary needs. We will definitely return!

Overall, the hotel was good value for money. The only negative aspects for us were the lack of a kettle in the room and the poor soundproofing.
