Clean, modern and spacious room. Excellent location. Good value for money. Most amazing lady on reception who is an absolute credit to the hotel!

Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are several flights of steep stairs with not lift. Breakfast is a simple European style continental breakfast (egg, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal) which is nice but may not be to everyone’s taste.

Very caring people at the reception. They allowed us to change the room because we needed a larger one on the ground floor. They also provided us with an electric heater when it became unexpectedly colder due to some problems in the system. Rooms were quite warm and contained everything you may need. The reception also provided us with a European adapter. The location was great, close to the park and bus stop or stations. There are some shops nearby to buy some groceries or snacks. The offered food for breakfast was not cooked but nice and enough to make you feel full for the most part of the day: eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cheese, milk, coffee, jam, bakery, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. We may want to come back here again!

Our trash wasn't taken and towels weren't changed for 5 days of our stay. It wasn't a big problem but it meant they didn't come to clean the room. I looked for the door sign to request the cleaning but couldn't find one. So I assume we were supposed to ask at the reception. Wifi was on and off. It wasn't annoying me as I had a local sim with data but if you don't have one be ready for some wifi troubles. So these are very minor problems. The rest was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot!

The room was small, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was nice, but no cooked breakfast option.

Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift and the stairs were narrow towards the top. Luckily we were only staying one night but it would have been difficult with more luggage.

Brilliant little hotel, rooms very clean, breakfast was fab and run very efficiently. Polite friendly staff who were very helpful. Being a sole traveler it's always a worry, not here a lovely place to rest your head and relax. I felt totally safe, and slept really well in lovely crisp sheets. Would highly recommend definitely will stay again, perfectly located for loads of London attractions.

2 small things, the ensuite could do with a little grout touch up, and also the room walls could do with a fresh coat of paint in areas. However this did not effect my stay at all.

Breakfast was nice, simple but kept us full! Rooms & public areas were really clean! Had plenty of tea/coffee in the room & there was plenty of towels for a 3 night stay! Overall really happy with the service & price!

Our TV didn't work, we didn't mention it as a problem to the reception as it wasn't a massive issue for us, just would've been nice if it had worked! The mattress felt as if it maybe needed to be replaced, could feel all the springs and it wasn't the most comfortable.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The "de luxe" room was a little small but warm and very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very well fitted out. The location was ideal for us - just a short walk from Paddington Station and plenty of restaurants and pubs near by! The breakfast, although the same everyday was excellent, fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast, cooked meats, eggs and cheese. We would be happy to stay here again.

There was nothing "not to like"

the location was really good — close to buses and tube, clean rooms, good water pressure in shower and clean bathroom, comfy bed, lovely staff, nice quiet neighbourhood and very pretty and felt safe, near hyde park which was lovely for walks, the facilities were nice i.e good iron, hair dryer, kettle, teas/coffees, soft towels, shower gel smells nice and felt nice. really good, highly recommend and would stay again

the stairs, we was on the top floor and it was a workout getting up all those stairs but it can’t be helped

The room was spacious and clean, with all the mentioned facilities. The staff were very nice and always available to help whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast was included in the price, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is also close to central London and Hyde Park, making it easy to get there quickly. I had a great time at the hotel.

There were only cold options at the breakfast. No scrambled eggs or sausages and bacon.

Very quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, cleanliness was spot on We had an electric kettle, coffee (regular and decaff), English tea bags, sugar and saccharin. We booked a triple room with double bed and a twin bed , but they kindly responded to our request to have 3 twin beds. The room was not big, the bathroom neither, but the beds were comfy, and that was enough after a long day of walking. Would definitely recommend; good value for the money.

We had some nasty flies on the first night only.

Great location close to several underground stations, location is quiet at night and feels safe, the value for money compared to other hotels in London is great

The bathroom smelled a bit strange, almost like there may be mold somewhere, though mold was nowhere to be seen. I am usually quite sensitive to mold bc of allergies, but I had no issues. However the smell is worth looking into. It would also be a nice addition to get some help with carrying my suitcase up the stairs, as there are many steps and no elevator. At least a clear warning of the many steps before booking would be nice.
