Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with several standout aspects that made it memorable. The hotel is conveniently located just off the beachfront, making it easy to find and offering beautiful walks in the morning and evening. Additionally, the A32 bus provides direct transportation from Palma airport to just outside the hotel if you preferred not to rent a car. The bus takes an hour depending on traffic. Okay However, as the bus only runs once every hour, it’s important to plan accordingly if you need to use this service. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide variety of options every day. The dining room was spacious, providing plenty of room to eat comfortably without feeling crowded. Drinks during the evening meal were paid for at checkout, so it’s important to keep track of your receipts to avoid forgetting. The spa and outdoor pools were also generously sized, providing a relaxing environment.

Some areas of the hotel are beginning to show signs of wear, but with a bit of refurbishment, it could quickly restore its premium feel. There was an incident where an elderly German gentleman felt it was appropriate to be fully naked in the spa area, which made some younger guests uncomfortable, but after addressing the issue with reception, it was promptly and kindly resolved. I had requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel, away from lifts and high-traffic areas, and was given an excellent room, for which I was very grateful. My only concern was that although our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, we consistently received fewer towels, requiring us to call reception to request additional ones for showering.

Location is very close to the beach. Rooms are renovated and has everything you need. I specifically liked the bathroom, its spacious and neatly designed. Hotel has very friendly staff, our request to change the room to higher floor to enhance the view from balcony was fulfilled promptly. Extended range of cuisine in breakfast is perfect to start your day.

no music in the evenings makes the environment dull around the bar. so we spent our evenings outside. A big cockroach visited us inside the room one day, we politely showed him way out after that he didn't bothered us anymore!

We had our holidays for the first time in this hotel. Definitely we will come back and recommend to our friends. Just a few minutes from the amazing beach. Heated sport pool and internal leisure pool, it was great to enjoy there. Food was on the high level. The room was cozy, especially with a huge balcony, where you can stay all day long. The staff was friendly and polite.

Smoking policy. Smoking on the balcony from other rooms is annoying. The hotel should provide smoking and non-smoking rooms in order to avoid inconvenience for non-smoking guests. There is no entertainment or playground/playzone for kids.

Good hotel, but price-value ratio is not ideal. - The hotel is partially renovated, but partially not (lobby area) - Biggest atmosphere killer: Although food is good, the breakfast/dining room is like a student cafeteria, not cosy and super loud. Some design improvements on terms of zoning and better soundproofing would definitely be of help. - suit room is nice and spacious, but lacks decoration, just white walls, no carport or other items to make 50sqm room more cosy.

Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast service efficient and with good options good external pools and pretty complete spa with good options (though sauna was not working)

Unfortunately the sauna was not working for the entire of my stay (8 days in total). Despite talking to the staff in the 2nd day, it took me to send a formal email with pictures and description of the issue for them to investigate (and, eventually, ackowledge the issue), which caused the fixing of the sauna to not be in place. The staff was helpful but there was a process break down, that make them took too long to understand the issue.

Bed was great. and staff were friendly. Good cocktails by the pool. Massage was good (but overpriced for what it was).

Breakfast buffet was average. The lack of small details considering the high price was frustrating (curtains that were too short for the windows, no toilet paper holder, no tissues, replacement waters). Also would recommend some sort of insect 'zapper' in the corridors - swarms of mosquitos by the elevators. Also there was no indication that there was a gym (either in the website or in the listed amenities) but then saw it on the last day - would have been nice to know it was there.

First, if you have read other reviews where people mentioned missing a full length mirror and water bottles in the room. The hotel rooms are now equipped with a full length mirror and you will find two bottles of water upon arrival. Location! The property is located at the Main Street and couple of minutes walk away from the beach. So you could go for a walk in the evening as well. The street was lively and full of stores. Hotel provides free towels for beach and swimming pools which was nice addition. Breakfast! Breakfast was good with lots of options! But it gets little repetitive if you stay longer (>6 days) Dinner! I absolutely loved the dinner part! with so many variety! Even for vegetarian you would have surely have many dishes. Please note that drinks are not included in the price (not even water) Staff & Services! Absolutely on the mark. They were really helpful and polite and taking care of every need we had. Staff was 10/10

The sofa bed is not comfortable. The mattresses were little too thin and you would feel the structure underneath. Parking is very limited ~8 cars. But you can park on the streets but sometimes it could take some time to find a parking in busy time.

Half board worked great for us as the buffet offered in the evenings was so varied. Short menu but good quality lunchtime food at the poolside bar and the staff there were great too. Also used the small spa where wife & I had two good massages each over the week. As a couple we preferred to enjoy the sun by the swimming pool which was much quieter than sharing with the kids on the leisure pool side of the property. Recommend the frequent bus service to Alcudia from right outside the hotel and we also took one bus to explore Palma on a cloudy day.

Paid for a premium room which was larger but had no extra storage space or furniture so seemed a waste of space. Only fault worth a mention was the lobby bar which had a large TV missing from the wall throughout our stay. All the empty chairs were lined up in front of a wall bracket. It was during the Euro24 football tournament!

The hotel underwent a fantastic renovation and is now a heaven of pleasant comfort. Beautiful pools and little spa. The room interiors are pretty, the common areas too. Buffet breakfast and dinner has many options and the dining area is spacious. Excellent location, just 200m from the beach. Bus stop is also in front of the hotel making this ideal when using public transport.

Even though buffet breakfast and dinner is varied, a part of the dishes offered are not the tastiest, especially desserts. Aside from a small wardrobe, there was no place to hang our coats, so we had to hang them on the tv. Also, no lotions/ear cleaner set in the room.

Very clean, pleasant environment and I really loved two pools which one was for children and families with music where you could splash and have fun and the other one was for swimmers and it was sort of quiet area where was no music and no splashing children so people could read there and really relax. This was absolutely amazing! I also appreciated the connection between Palma airport and the hotel. We took bus A32 which took us from the airport straight to the hotel (the bus stop is just in front of the hotel!). So going to Alcudia port was super easy and very convenient. Spacious terrace was also nice.
