Super friendly people, really clean, great location close to the beach and to Alcudia old town (10minutes by bus). Big Erosky supermarket, really nice coffee place and Rose Bike rental & tours just opposite of the hotel. Nice and quite apartment with great pool and beach view (we recommend to book with ocean view, there it is also quite, no street to hear). No animation at this time of the year. Heated outdoor 25m pool, great for swimming. Washing machine and dryer in the hotel to use for 4 euros each. Optional dinner for 23 euros per adult with a lot of vegetarian options, also with kids menu. Pool bar with nice snacks. Nice Indoor SPA area.

Indoor SPA had fixed times for kids from 11-12am and from 4-5pm, and also only kids from 3 years are allowed. This could have been a bit more flexible from our perspective.

Pool and spa facilities were amazing. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The spa was a lovely touch and great that all residents at the hotel could use it at all times. The added heated pool was great for this time of year.

We did find ants in our room, while we were staying at this hotel and found this off putting. The food served at dinner time in the hotel we found to be of a poor quality and we dined out most evenings on our stay.

This was a cycling holiday and the bike rental and storage was literally across the road so very convenient. You needed to book the spa but there was never any issues. You will need flip flops (3 euros) and a cap (2 euros) if you want to go in the pool in the spa, so remember to pack some.

Hotel on the Ma-12 road leading to Port d'Alcúdia in a mixed hotel / residential area. Close to nice Platja d'Alcudia, which may be crowded. Rooms with balconies facing the street or facing the internal area with pools and a bar. The noise from the street is not particularly disturbing. The reception, pool bar and restaurant staff are helpful and polite. Animations are organised for children and adults, which is completely unnecessary for us and they were not bothersome. The room equipment is a bit worn out. Small fridge in the kitchenette. Clean, impeccable cleaning. Walking distance to EROSKI supermarket .

In the season, mosquitoes may appear. When the hotel was built, there was no need for guests to charge their numerous devices, there is a shortage of power sockets. Poor acoustic insulation from the corridor. There are a small number of parking spaces marked as private. However, there are plenty of free spaces on the street and parking my rental car was not a big problem (August / September 2024)

I really like the mood in general, easy going hotel with nice people. Very good breakfast and dinner and entertainment team who has always smile on the face. Location is fantastic and the most beautiful beach is only few steps from the hotel. Many stores or restaurants are around. We were there in the end of August and it was not crowded, just fine. Also the weather was beautiful. Standing view from the sea view apartment.

Noise - it is really important in which room you land. At the beginning we were given room 307 and it was just no go. Our kids could not sleep till late because the entertainment was just too loud. The third day we asked for our room to be changed and we got the same day room 502 which was much, much better. Suggestion to management how to ameliorate - there is only one solution: sound proof windows.

We have been there for 6 nights and we don't regret a single one. Here are few points that may be helpful for the future visitors that are watching these rewievs: - Transportation: We took a bus A32 from the airport which took us to the stop called Platja dels Francesos 2 (3057) (https://www.tib.org/en/web/ctm/autobus/linia/a32) which is just 1-2 minutes of walk from the hotel.. BUT: be aware that many of the stops including this one are ON REQUEST, so you have to push the button "STOP" in the bus, when your stop is currently the NEXT ONE (you can see the sequence of the stops on the monitor in the bus) Also, these buses works on the touch-in touch-out system, so you touch the card reader when you get on the bus (with your credit/debit card) near the driver, and than when you will be exiting the bus you touch again but in the rear of the bus :) You can take up to 5 passengers on one credit/debit card. - When you want to travel around, Google maps or Apple maps are really helpful. However, the bus can arrive +/- 15 minutes around its scheduled time so don't worry if it's late for a few minutes, just wait. - The hotel is nice and clean, the receptionists are super kind and always smiling :) - Also, there's a possibility to rent big towels from the hotel, which you can take to the pool and the beach. - The breakfast was good, you can take it outside and enjoy your meal in the exterior. - The hotel prepares the entertainment for every day with the pool bar/bar, so if you will be bored in the evening, I recommend you to go downstairs, sit, order a drink and watch. Moreover, there is also prepared entertainment program for the kids (also every day). We were happy to stay in the Ivory Playa hotel, looking forward for the next visit.

The food on the breakfast could be better quality.

Very near the beach and quieter than other areas. Good windows that insulated most of the noise from the road. We are light sleepers and could sleep well. Room had everything we need. We sometimes cooked lunch/dinner and a good supermarket is within walking distance. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful Sports Massage. Really recommend Toni Valles! Good entertainment with great extras/attention to children. Nice pools. If we come back to the island, whoch we probably will, we will very likely come back to this hotel. And bring friends!

Kettle not as efficient as an electrical water boiler and more dangerous... The automatic closing on the doors is dangerously strong for hands and small children and bangs very loud if you don't hold it (waking us up once due to teenagers not bothering to be careful). Door handles and doors inside the room creeked so we didn't touch them (so as not to wake the child up).

Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Good meal plan offer. Apartments are very well equipped.

We chose this hotel mainly due to offering mini club for kids. And this was the worse part. No activities for kids during the day, no effort whatsover to organize some games or to engage kids. All they did was to put a table and crayons outside and to disspear. Each evening face painting and same songs. For us being there over a week, no benefit at all from having this mini club. Very dissapointed. When we arrived the smell in the room was unpleasant.

My family loved our stay at ivory playa! Right next to the beach, gorgeous pools and lovely staff. It’s extremely clean with the cleaner visiting the room every day. The room had a good fringe and small hob. The supermarket was only across the road so we were always stocked with water, beer and iberico ham. The pool side food was very good and not too expensive. I would recommend the calamari!!! The pool guard was very good in making sure people didn’t put towels on loungers and leave them for hours. We always found loungers for 4 at any time of the day, even when the hotel was full! The entertainment team were very good. My children loved the games at lunch where you had the opportunity to win a drink from the bar!! We had a fault with our air conditioning and the maintenance team fixed it within half an hour of us letting reception know. They too were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, to which we regret ,we never experienced the evening entertainment, we will on our next visit! ;)

Fantastic views to the sea and palm trees on the garden side, the beach is really close by, spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice balcony, very clean, the shower was hot. The half board was worth it- there was sufficient choice to eat well. The bus to the airport goes from the street in front of the hotel, which is convenient. The staff was friendly and responsive. All in all, we would go back.

The coffee at breakfast could be improved a lot even though the rest of breakfast was quite alright. We did stay only the Friday night, so cannot say if this applies every night, but while the hotel was a quiet relaxing place at daytime, it was not that in the evening. The live evening entertainment at the poolside went on until 22.30 followed up by (recorded) music. The windows were thankfully soundproof enough to allow for sleep when closed, so we would stay again despite this.
