The location, the care of the staff for us and the cleaning of the apartment

The smell in the air in the evening and in the morning. We were informed that it is due to the natural park (a swamp) across the street but the smell was rather like coming from sewer. This was unpleasant, especially in the morning when we were supposed to smell fresh air. And, funny was that it seems that they are not trying to solve it and did not inform us that they will complain further.

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Hotel is beautifully situated very close to the beach and the natural reserve. The breakfast was excellent with a little variation every day, dinner was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The buses to the Port of Alcudia and Alcudia town were almost always full, even though it was a low season. The mini-market next to the hotel is quite expensive. There is no privacy on the balconies, they are open and next to each other.

We had a very pleasant stay. Excellent location, next to the superb beach, close to shops, restaurants, etc. Nice swimming pool and the area around. The hotel worked for us also as a good starting point for some trips around the island - Formentor, Sa Calobra, Valdemossa. And the nice thing at the end of such a sightseeing day was to return and walk down the Muro beach or chill out on the balcony/garden. Having compared two different rooms during our stay I can recommend rooms on the higher floors of the reception building with the side sea view as opposed to similar category rooms in the building with the restaurant.

- Plenty of pharaoh ants in our room. Fortunately, staying away from the bedroom. - Not every room with a so-called "side sea view" offers the same experience. Nonetheless, it could be a matter of personal preference. In our case, the staff was very helpful and we could change our initial room after a couple of days for the one with better sea visibility and sun exposition. Our initial room was a bit in a shadow on the north side of the restaurant building with a view of the other nearby hotel, which BTW has some annoying water filtering machine (?) running quite loud through half of the night. Not a big deal though.

The room was are nice and comfortable. The food was lovely too.

Closing time of the kitchen at the pool restaurant was a bit early for our liking. This also happen with the dinner at the restaurant, (from 6.30pm to 9pm) We understand it's family orientated Hotel. But the bar could be open until 12 midnight. And acts at the hotel where not all that good.

The facilities were incredible. Great bedroom and nice path through the beach. Food quality was ok, but for the price it's perfect.

I would say it seems a hotel constructed in the mid 2000s, so the structure looks a bit old, but very well kept. The one negative, but not on the hotel, would be the distance from airport and how bad some roads are to get there.

Perfect location, lovely and clean hotel, professional and hard-working staff. Beautiful, clean beach. Food is excellent!

Extra charge for safe is highly unusual and points towards deliberate hidden costs. Dinner did not include non-alcholic drinks for free. Noisy beighbor hotel with loud music between 21:00-22:30 Hotel guests shall not be charged extra for sun beds and umbrella at seaside, or they shall at least get a special deal.

the beach and location to beach is outstanding. swimming pool excellent variety for kids with different abilities. the staff are super friendly. from the receptionist team through to the bar and restaurant team. Erick in restaurant was great! the bay of alcudia and play de muro is really fantastic.

maybe rooms a bit tight in size and aircon was not very well controlled and could do with modernising. food at restaurants was decent but a bit predictable. I recommend a few things for restaurant. set up couple of more toasters for the bread at breakfast to avoid queues. put signage at egg and crepe area to creat two queues one for each as customer kept having to reminded. as then it would actually be less busy as rather than one long queue they are really actually two shorts queues with hardly any wait. parking not too bad. it can be a challenge. the entertainment is ok but a bit “package tour”

The location of the resort was amazing with direct access to the beach and all playa de muro shops & restaurants walkable. The staff was absolutely amazing - The manager at the hotel Mr. Guiem Mestre was an excellent host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Gigi who ran the kids club was superb. She planned new activities every day and our 6-year-old preferred spending time with her all day rather than enjoying the world outside. We were also given a courtesy room to cater to our late evening flights out of Mallorca. Overall a memorable visit and would love to come back here again. Thanks Gupotel team.

A perfect location for families. Bus station in front of the hotel, rent a car within the hotel and only 2 steps away from the really nice beach. The food was excellent, which is good (but bad for my weight). Everything was very clean.

The bed was too soft for me.
