Every staff member we encountered were all so friendly and focused on the guests. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff everyone was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area with hot tub and waterslide, which is especially nice after a hot day exploring Southern Alberta. The hotel is easy to find with your car, has lots of parking, and it's quick to get on the road South if you are heading that way.

The AC units are really noisy, functioning, but loud for what we have experienced at other hotels. We actually turned it off because it was waking us up. More just due to age than anything else, since newer AC units are quieter.

The staff at the desk were excellent. I have never had such friendly people at the desk at a hotel. This makes it a good start when you check in.

The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of respect that people have in the pool. There were parents there but they just ignored the fact that the kids were being very disrespectful. After 30 minutes most of the people left the pool because it just wasn’t enjoyable any more. I think maybe someone should just come and check in at the pool every now and then.

Good size room with two queen beds very comfy. Breakfast selection is very good. Plenty of off street free parking. If you choose to eat at the casino next door the staff will give you a 25% off all food and drink voucher. We had great night there.

Breakfast room is a little small so can get crowded. We had no problems as we ate early.

The hotel is in an area with several hotels and we have stayed in 3 of them. This is our first stay here but it will, without question, be our first choice from now on when staying in Lethbridge. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, lots of parking and the needs are super comfortable - which is after all, the most important part of a hotel stay.

Breakfast was good. Waterslide was fast and fun.

Pool water was over chlorinated and hard on eyes skin and lungs. Room was a little noisy - Door closers need replacing/adjusting as they slam shut.

The cleanest hotel in Lethbridge and the staff are exceptional. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Lethbridge and this is by far the barest one in town. This is now my go to hotel when in the Lethbridge area.

Property had been upgraded/remodelled since last visit… looks good… rooms are very nice… still smelled musty upon opening

Property would not take cash for payment…would have preferred to pay cash upon departure…

The staff

Mostly everything was great. The rooms do need a comfortable chair to sit. The desk chair and the kitchen/table chair is not good for an elderly person.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Good size room. Great breakfast selection. Great location off highway. 25% off meals at Casino next door.

Business area, slow noisy elevator

Excellent breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice was a pleasant surprise, healthy and tasty hot breakfast, comfortable beds, overall great experience.
