Pillows lovely, bed comfy, very clean throughout. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but it's only a budget hotel. Pizza on Saturday night was delicious.

2nd bin in bedroom would have been helpful. Wall light by mirror in main room would also have been helpful for make up application. But neither of these detracted from our stay.

Great location and surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. Rooms are immaculately clean, very compact/small but ok for an overnight stay. Breakfast is an additional cost of 11 Euro each but was lovely fresh food and again very clean breakfast area. Would recommend and stay again.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for drinks at least. Although we later found out that these can be purchased in reception - would have been helpful to be told this at check-in. Also we booked through a third party and it implied that parking was included - so with parking and breakfast as extra it's wasn't the cheapest in-site airport option.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially the evening staff who would always greet us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was decent with a good range of options including fresh croissants and sandwich meats and the 24/7 food options are tasty such as the pizza and bitterballen. Room was good for the price and the location of the hotel was convenient enough for access into Rotterdam.

The single beds in the room fold out from the cupboard and are not as comfortable as the double beds. Lack of functioning air conditioning in the room, the thermostat would only go as low as 19c and there was no airflow from the vent. This meant the window had to stay open due to the hot weather, which in turn led to mosquito bites as there are no screens covering the window.

information that I have to pay for parking ... we were looking for a hotel with parking, there was no information that it was paid extra. for the same price we would have a hotel in the center because you have to pay for parking anyway. to get to the center is an additional cost, renting in the center at a similar price is much cheaper the second thing: the fire alarm went off when we were having breakfast ... some people left alone, the police came and we did not get any information whether we should leave or we can stay, no reaction from the hotel and the police

A very convenient hotel if you have to take an early flight at the Rotterdam airport. All is functional, so it's clean, silent, comfy and good value for money (the main reason we booked it). This is not a leisure hotel, but a business/stopover hotel (exactly what you expect from an IBIS Airport) and the area is... well, the airport, so it's not fancy, but does the job and for a very decent price. The staff was nice and the check-in quick. Good value for money.

All was correct and matched our expectations.

The breakfast was amazing. Had many options (scrambled eggs, muzli, yogurt, mortadella, etc) fruits and juice. The check out at 12h00 is also an amazing bonus of this hotel. The beds are comfy and the staff is kind and organized.

The rooms are definitely small. In the room I stayed there was no desk for remote working in case you happen to need it. It is also far from Rotterdam Central, around 30 mins.

This hotel has a very beautiful environment and scientifically configured and comfortable facilities. We stayed for two days and requested that the room not be cleaned every day. The hotel room service staff was very warm and wrapped the clean towels in a paper bag and hung them on our door, which touched us very much. Thank them very much. It is worth recommending.

Good location for onward travel to Hook of Holland ferry terminal which is only 40 minutes away. Comfortable room & bed. Room was clean. Good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Restaurant literally yards away.

Breakfast food areas and tables not cleaned or cleared frequently enough . Good car park but expensive.

I am giving 9 out of 10. What's not to like about this place?! Located one-minute walk from terminal building at the airport, which is probably the only reason you'd stay here. Incredibly convenient. We took the bus from Rotterdam Centraal which was about 20 minutes and the bus drops you near the hotel. Arrived around 12am to an incredibly warm and helpful welcome from the receptionist. Quick check in and good advice about when to arrive at airport departures for an early flight the next day. Room was clean, comfortable and nice temperature considering outside was very cold.
