Shame shower water spread all over the bathroom floor

Good location. Decent facilities. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Passageway was in need of a clean.

The location is short walk from main train station and there is a tram stop outside making it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Free coffee available in the lobby.

The coffee machine in our room had not been emptied of the used capsules and it was mouldy inside. I was charged a security fee for the room as it was apparently best in the hotel as it had a balcony. However the hotel did not just put a hold on my card they actually took €100 euros and when they returned it a few days later the exchange rate difference meant that it actually cost me additional money, which I wasn’t very happy about.

the most satisfied hotel ever experienced among other 5 in Netherlands! location: 10min walk to the central station, close to many restaurants; room: quite large size for 2 people, very clean and tidy; facilities: large closet, convenient table-chair set and kettle; bedding: 4 pillows and very cosy quilt; front desk service: very nice attitude and detailed explanation; free small souvenir after checkout luggage: very safe locked storage room for luggage; bar: free seats and hot water

only two minor deficiencies: the basin drainage is a bit slow; the USB charging port beside the bed doesn't work (but there are other charging ports instead)

Everything, although I cannot vouch for the shared dormitories due to getting the free room upgrade (bonus!) The room was lovely, freshly decorated with bright colours. The beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town with an abundance of shops, restaurants, smoothie bars etc to choose from. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick. 24/7 reception. Coffee bar downstairs with games table and air hockey, seating area and vending machines.

There isn't parking at the property, however there is plenty within a short walking distance. I recommend downloading an app called My Way, you can pre book your parking dependent on location/price and you get a €5 discount with your first booking. This will get you 24 parking for as little as €10 just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Free tea/coffee from downstairs was very convenient WiFi was great Beds were quite comfortable Being within walking distance of Rotterdam Centraal was very helpful as well as being opposite a tram stop (even if we didn't use it)

The air con didn't seem to work so we had to rely on a fan that was running more than it should have been - the only part of the window that opened was a small piece of wood at one end TV would turn itself on shortly after being turned off (might have been on a timer?) but this is just nitpicking The bottom of the shower area didn't drain water very well which meant water could sometimes spill into the bedroom The WC extractor fan didn't work - we assume that is what the holes in the bottom of the door are for? One bedside light didn't work Our room had a kettle and tea bags but no milk - strange but not an issue in the grand scheme of things

Room size, nice bathroom, cleaningness, location, free coffee anytime.

Parking that is very tight and difficult to enter and leave as it's going down after the gate (underground) and directly you have to turn right while if it's full (I think only 12 spots) it's extremely difficult to maneuver, there is no space to turn back. I entered as a last car and spent 10 mins to be able to park as it was so tight. I definitely disrecommend this parking lot.

Well first of all it is very close to the city center. Clean and very good value option. Staff was super nice everyone looks like this is the best day of their life. This can be little bias but they gave us the free upgrade because of their room shortage I think, and the room was luxury for the price we gave. There were even a coffee machine:) great view and everything. they told us that is their best room and we were lucky

We loved all of the facilities they have provided us , you can get free breakfasts just by taking selfies with a street art , the staff were really nice they had helped us greatly . The hotel has a big common dining/entertainment hall , there you can get free unlimited coffee/tea , there was an ice hockey table and a pinball . The room is not that comfortable but you don’t go to rotterdam to sleep so it was really not a problem .When we first checked in they also let us spin a wheel that had prizes and they gave us some magnets and olso some really cute tulip pens .
