Great location in the old town - budget price - spacious room (would have slept 4) - pretty basic but what would you expect at the price? Good shower and kettle which I used and some cooking facilities which I didn't.
Very poorly lit entrance courtyard. 100zl deposit demanded on arrival which wasn't previously mentioned (used UK credit card and lost money when refunded) - I had prepaid for the room. Unhelpful and disinterested attitude from reception staff in nearby hotel where keys were collected.

Although Spartan, this is an excellent deal for your money. The location cannot be beat, just steps from the main square, and all sorts of good places for food and drink nearby. The train station is not far either. The room has everything you need to get by for a weekend and if you are spending most of your time out of the room, you could be paying twice as much and not get better amenities. There is a sink and kettle in the room. Private bathroom as well. Keys are picked up at the hotel around the corner which was easy. Wifi was good.
The beds are not super comfortable but not bad considering the price of the room. Really, not much to complain about when you have a place this cheap in such a good area.

Breakfest, in hotel nearby (1 minute walking) was delicious with good variety of meals
Couldn ´t reach reception desk via phone, however comunication via WhatsApp was ok. Rooms would deserve some refurbishment as well as the furniture, but still pretty good for the price

The pictures showed only the bed so I didn't know what to expect. I booked based on the previous reviews only. I had one room for myself, and I must say I didn't expect that! The location is so great, you are literally 2 minutes away from the centre, but still the street is very quiet ! The tramway is 5 minutes away by walk, the train station maybe 8 minutes, the Wawel castle around 12 minutes. Everything is doable by walk. The room is big, you have a big bed, a small kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a TV and a private bathroom. Everything is very clean. I absolutely loved it.

The location of the apartment was central. Almost in the middle of the Old City. About a 15 min walk from the train station with heavy trolleys. The street was a bit picturesque, I'd say. Outside the building there was a masterlock with the key. You'd enter some kind of big tunnel through which cars can also pass and then in the building itself. Right next door to the building there is some kind of reception to help you if you would have any trouble with something. They are open most of the time, but we didn't need help. The room was small and because of the inclined roof (since it was situated on the upper floors) felt cozy and the atmosphere made it feel homey. The bed was more than enough for two people and very soft. The kitchen had everything you might need and there was even a small dining area with high chairs. Opposite of the bed there was a desk and a small table to put stuff on. It was nice that there were more available blankets being late September. There was a big window in the inclined roof, there was a nice view but it was partially blocked. The bathroom was spacious with everything you needed, but not much to say. Next to the bathroom, right near the door, there was a huge wardrobe in which you could get in (not a walk-in closet, but it was just that big).
The apartment was small, but just like in the pictures and it was very cheap so it makes sense. There were a lot of pictures in the ad and it was a bit hard to figure out which room would be ours. Since the roof is inclined, it is a bit hard to access every part of the room, especially if you are taller.

The location is right in the center of the old town and very close to the train station. It is very convenient and quiet. There’s a functioning kitchen equipped with dish ware and a fridge.
It is very dusty and lots of spiderwebs. It could use better cleaning and sweeping. The beds are comfortable but the pillows were pretty bad, they felt very old and lumpy.

It was a beautiful apartment right in the city centre. Despite the size, it had a well equipped kitchen with cooking possibilities. We made omelets for breakfast. The view was wonderful, location perfect.
My partner needed to go to another building to pick up the keys, and they didn't let us know in advance, but it went well

Location is awesome! The room was clean, you even have a small kitchen, we used it for a quick breakfast before exploring the town. :) Everything was nice to us, we are really easy going.
The bed has a separate matresess, so in the middle of the night one of use slept in the "hole" between :))

Very spacious, separate bedrooms. Staff was not on site but were at the Elecktor Hotel about a 5-min walk away. Guesthouse was close to, but quietly placed, with regard to a busy pedestrian walkway leading to the Town Square.
Handling the different keys with a few different locks to get inside was somewhat hard, but doable. Also, I wish I’d known exact instructions before I arrived as to where to go to get checked in and get the key. It was vague.

For the price, quality, and location, you cannot go wrong. This place is pretty centrally located but on a nice, quiet side road. It's maintained by Hotel Elektor down the street where you check in and out. Very professional and seamless check-in process. You get an apartment complete with a private bathroom and mini kitchen with a hot water kettle. Rooms were much bigger than the photos suggested.
