Your experience will largely depend on the room you choose. I would not recommend to a women, as a solo traveler, to stay in a mixed room. If you choose more comfy room I would say that the place worth it. The room in general is okay, it has big mirror, local lights, shower was also good. The breakfast was tasty. The tram stop is just 1 minute from the place and it took me around 20 minutes to arrive at the train station.

I am not sure if there are air conditioners, but on the ground floor the smell was a bit heavy. Also it is good to replace a soap as it could be missing in some places (bathroom or toilet).

Location was great, it was close to the tram and to the supermarket. Even the room was a little tight, it was enough for us just to sleep there. Hotel has its own kind of bar/shop, where you can buy beer, ice cream etc. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

When we arrived to our room, we didn’t have any bedding or towels, but even before we got back to the reception, someone from the stuff came to our room asking us to leave for 10-15 minutes. It wasn’t problem for us, because after coming back, everything was there, but it should be handled before we got there. Also, website says that hotel has a private parking, but there wasn’t any.

The room looks exactly like in the pictures. It had all the basic things. I like that we each had a socket on our side of the bed. The bathroom also has 2 dispensers - one for soap near the sink and one for body/hair wash in the shower. The location of the hotel is great. You take tram 11 a few stops and reach the old town Altstadt - this is the main part of town for tourists where you have all the sights and restaurants. Tram 11 also takes you to the main train station (and then the airport). For car parking you can message the propery or ask the staff and they will advise. At the ground floor you have some games like fussball to pass the time, and vending machines for drinks and snacks. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Around the hotel there are gyms, fancy bars and offices. It was quite a nice surprise. There is an Aldi supermaket nearby, just no small non stop shops nearby.

There are a couple of things that need improving - the pillow was way too soft, the shower drain needed unclogging and it would be nice if they put some shelves in the room for clothes. It was mostly clean but it could be a little better :) Also if you plan to visit in a very hot season, there is no AC unit, so keep this in mind. We had 30 degrees and we slept with the windows open, but I don't know if it can get hotter than this in Frankfurt.

I like the enviornment at the hoatel as well as its was super clean had all the facilities as it deacribe.staff is very friendly and welcoming,also ita well worth and cheap in price.i will always prefer to stay at your hostel everytime i will come to germany.i recommend people to do use your hostel for stay its clean and superb.thanks

I didnt like at a&o gallues warte hostel have wome bulgarian security man who use drugs and speak rude with cuatomers.so i prefer ostend hostel because security and all other staff was very superb and welcoming.so thats why i book in ostend and loved it.

The Hostel is very beautiful and super comfortable, the reception is large and very beautiful, it has a leisure area, game machines, chocolate machines, several sofas, study tables, sockets for charging cell phones/notebooks, a place to store suitcases, it is really very comfortable and pleasant, it also has an elevator which is a big advantage.

The beds in the room I stayed in didn't have numbers, so they weren't marked, the cleaner comes and takes away the bed linen and leaves another one for you to change, so we happened to arrive at the hotel and there was another person in our bed, so we needed to change to another bed. I didn't like having to put the sheets on the bed myself, it's not easy. Another issue is the bathroom cleaning schedule, the cleaner came to our room in the morning, they should have left it to clean after check out, as it woke us up.

Beds where comfortable and had build in USB ports. staff where friendly and helpfull and a nice play area for little ones. Number 11 tram stop in right by hotel so easy to get to and from main frabkfurt area

Bedrooms could do with a proper deep clean very dusty under the beds. Toiletries are half used in the bathroom. Only 2 out of 3 beds where actually made up. Could do with a kettle in the room for people with little ones or someone who wants a decent cup of tea.

The location is great. A bit far from the center, but the tram will get you there in 15-20 minutes. It’s direct, and a stop is very near the hostel. There’s also a bunch of restaurants near the location, convenient if you don’t want to go too far some evening.

Some people are a nightmare to live with… beside the noise, they’d turn the light on in the middle of the night and leave the room in a dirty state. There should be a way to report these people…

Quick response to queries. Well behaved, well informed and supportive staff. I asked for an upgrade and was given immediately. Had breakfast, it was good and full of healthy options.

Preparation of rooms before handover to the customer. The hand wash and shower gel bottles were empty, which I realised after using the toilet. Although it was a mistake, it could have been avoided. Request for the room cleaning staff to be extra careful. Please check the hand wash and shower gel bottles on every cleaning.

Rooms were clean and comfortable beds after a long day driving was appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. A great selection to choose from and the pancake machine was a great addition. Good coffee also. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Advice was given where to park the car on the street for free. Reception has a large area with activities such as pool and air hockey. Also, lots of seating areas. Overall excellent value for money for a one night family stay with breakfast.

First impressions weren't good as the main entrance is used as the main smoking area. Being a family of non smokers, this was very unpleasant. Surely, there could be a designated smoking area away from the main entrance. Parking is limited and expensive, but this is the same story wherever you stay. We would have given our stay a 9 instead of an 8, but the smoking issue is a real problem for us, and it was like this whenever we left or entered the building.

Very clean room, not far from tramway station ca.15 min. from the center. I could even enter without the handy app. There was only one other person in my dorm room, so it was really quiet. The location was safe and quiet, too albeit slightly industrial.

I dont like it if you have to install an app for a single night. But in fact, it turned out to be not necessary, I could enter the premises and just needed to scan a QR code.
