To end our trip to Taiwan, we wanted to come and enjoy the Beitou hot springs. While searching for accommodation offers we discovered the Grand Pleasure Spring hotel at an extremely competitive price. As the reviews were good we decided to book. In the end, we are extremely happy to have made this choice. Everything is perfect ! The location is close to all Beitou attractions, the rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The private hot bath is completely amazing and so comfortable after a long day of traveling. And the staff, especially the receptionist, are lovely, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend our friends to come here when they come to Beitou.

Their statues standing next to the building seems to welcome every guests and it makes me coming Vienna again. I also like the bathtub inside the room with the window. You could enjoy your own time as staying there.

Actually I think there’s a communication issue between the front desk and the restaurant they co-work. During the checkin time, I already booked the vegan food through the web and reminded the staff, but I still got non-vegan food next morning day. I would like to suggest those staffs working there taking care with what customers want exactly. Thanks.

We loved this hotel and wished we had booked more nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The hot water tub in the bathroom is a definite plus. We also enjoyed the Beitou area, more relaxed and quieter than the bustle of Taipei, but an easy 27 min metro ride to the Taipei ,win station. We will definitely stay here again when we transit through Taipei.

For anyone who walks regularly, the hill to the hotel is not that steep and we had no problem walking with our carry on luggage, but large luggage may be difficult and better in a taxi.

We had a great time. The place is just a short walk from the MRT, although it was a bit uphill. So, there are services reachable by foot including a couple of convenient stores. The room is very nice, especially the hot tub. The reception waited for us even though we arrived quite late. Great experience.

The room is a tad dated, although it did not affect our stay. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes, but it did not bother us that much.

The best thing about our room is the space and the in-room hotspring tub! All three of us could fit in the tub and it was so easy to move around the room and the ensuite bath because we had plenty of space. All three of us could lay our luggages open and still have plenty of space to walk around the room

The wardrobe and the bed sheets and blankets had an unpleasant smell and some of the furniture were a little dated. Unfortunately the windows face residential buildings so opening them was a no-no.

The room had a spa with thermal sulfur water coming directly to the bathtub. It was really pleasant, also the lion head sculptured in stone which was the water tap from which water came directly from its mouth. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped the day after checkout to recover a forgotten object. Many thanks for that!

The bed was a bit small for 2 persons. It could have come with 2 blankets as well.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well located and very good English speaking front desk team. We booked only one night as experience in Beitou hot springs and we finally stayed 3 nights because is possible to go to easily, faster and cheaper to many Taipéi attractions by Uber (Uber in Taipei is amazing good and cheap). The private hot spring is very spacious for two people. The bath room is better than the pictures.

The bathroom looks a lot better than on the picture and was very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms have a good size. Staff is very friendly and willing to help me to change rooms.

They have issues with humidity/mold in the room. The first room had mold on the walls. The second was a lot better but there was mold around the windows. The room was not ready at checkin time.

Personal onsen in the room. Very close to Public Bath Spring. Free flow Milo and Milk. Close to the Heart, Sulfur Village and Thermal Valley.

No convenience store nearby. No food dining nearby. Almost got bitten by a big brown stray dog. Fountain outside hotel not clean.

Room is very spacious. I had a pretty good view facing the front side of the hotel. Huge tub for in-room hot spring. Spacious bathroom. Windows in both bedroom and bathroom. AC is very good. Close to main attractions.

Pretty far away from the MRT station. 15 min walk in warm and damp weather climbing a hill with bags was not a good experience. (Consider getting a taxi instead of walking.) Standalone wardrobe seems shaky.
