Beautifully designed hotel, interior and exterior and swimming pool areas. Right in front of the beach. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent food- very wide variety and absolutely delicious. Very professional, helpful staff. Very good and varied entertainment each evening ( singers; dancers; magicians; etc!). Perfect location to walk along the promenade to Estepona old and new town and easy to access Marbella, Gibraltar and other resorts, such as Sotogrande. Taxis are plentiful and get to the hotel within minutes. Uber is also available. We had a wonderful holiday!

The air conditioning was turned off for about four hours during the night. Maybe they won't do this at the height of summer ( we went in June) but really, they shouldn't do it at all! That would be our only criticism.

Friendly staff throughout. Nice aesthetic around the lobby pool and bar areas. Enjoyed the Spa and volcanic stone massage (one of the best I’ve ever had). Room was a good size and nice views. Breakfast Buffet was good. Around €5 in a can to port and restaurants.

Didn’t have coffee making facilities in the room, this is something I need first thing in the morning. The Shower was weak but believe that’s because of a water shortage in the area. Would have preferred a walk in shower than a bath tub and the mattress was a tad hard. The food in the pool bar wasn’t great.

The staff were lovely, so welcoming, helpful and always professional. The dining room was well set out the breakfast and evening buffet superb. A huge variety of fresh produce to choose from. The views were lovely, the pools a lovely area to sit with friends. The bedrooms and reception areas were well appointed and comfortable.

A minor point, concerns better signage for the underground parking. On arrival we asked a member of your cleaning staff, who was leaving the building, where the entrance was. To us, the entrance looked like a ‘delivery’ area for supplies and maintenance. There was no parking sign.

Very spacious room (501). Nice view to side of hotel overlooking next doors pool. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. pool was large and clean. Staff all very helpful when asked.

Hotel needs some or better air con in public areas. Carpets need vacuuming more often. No poolside service and sunbeds could all do with a good clean. Pool towel policy was a pain.

Good location on the beach, not too far way from Estepona marina. Room was a good size. Hotel seems quiet although we knew it was full. Chilled atmosphere, not much loud music like you get ALL DAY at some hotels.

Reservation of sun beds at 7:30am in the morning is ridiculous, and staff need to monitor this. More shade required around the pool, either natural shade or more umbrellas. Food was very average, not a great lot of choice.

Attractive spacious hotel with modern decor. Nicely decorated and spacious room; reasonably comfortable bed - frequent change of bed linen. Excellent selection and quality of food. Very pleasant and helpful staff; paid attention to detail. Traditional flamenco dancing entertainment was superb; other evenings just okay.

The hotel is situated virtually on its own - no shops or attractions nearby. Estepona is a €7 taxi ride away - well worth a visit. Our initial room was a partial sea view: not as we had ordered. We were accommodated the next day with a full sea view room. A hanging rail was also provided as the fitted wardrobes have no full length hanging space.

Check-in was smooth. Spacious lobby and multiple sitting areas with good ambience. Pool, fantastic landscaping, private access to the beach make to the best parts of the hotel. Breakfast is good.

No water bottle in the room, at least 1 for a courtesy would have been good. No Iron box either in the room and when asked, they said they didn't have such facility but instead offered ironing services!! Not the best of the locations if you don't have a car and only rely on taxis for commute to town and getting around for food and drinks

I think a shuttle bus service into Estepona town centre would be a very welcome improvement. Also, although only a minor point, on previous visits to this hotel (prior to Covid) the beach towel exchange desk was not restricted to 11-12 and 4-5pm (not particularly convenient times)

no tea & coffee making in room, had to pay extra for safe, no english tv except news channels. only place to get coffee is in the bar in the evening not at the dinner table. sun beds on beach were very grubby yet ones round the pool were lovely.

The hotel is really nice, very spacious and the pool area is beautiful. The palm trees and other plants make it so pretty.

The food is very average, the breakfast is ok but instead of offering this many choices it would be better to focus on perfecting just a few and offer that. The food at the restaurant was really bad, we are not picky eaters but we couldn’t even take a second bite of the burger. For food I recommend going to the historic centre os Estepona which ha s hundreds of amazing restaurants.
