- Easy to get to, plenty of parking - The hotel is clean and organized. The rooms were mostly kept up (our couch had a bleach stain but I’ll take that over any other kind of stain). Plenty of pillows on the bed. Clean sheets and mattresses. - The staff really made our experience so great. You never know what to expect in Lancaster but I never expected such caring staff. Not only were they nice to us guests, but as I overheard them talking to each other, they were nice and considerate to each other. One staff in particular went above and beyond. She often checked on us, she was always friendly to talk to, she gently reminded us of pool or lobby hours and she even offered otter pops for the kids to enjoy. And all this, even when the hotel was sold out during a busy All Stars weekend. Shawn- thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

I love love love the breakfast selections! Only problem is that when i stayed there recently they ran out of food. To me it seems like there needs to be a better method put in place so that the food doesnt run out. For example, take a head count of how many people have checked in and cook that many servings no matter what because not every guest comes to eat but atleast there will be enough for the people that want to get seconds

The elevator wasnt working and they at one point just automatically without even calling me at all, locked me out of my room for something that had no involvement with me whatsoever so to lock me out of the room to force me to have to come to the front desk because an emoloyee put me under someone elses room seems to me the wrong way to get your customers attention

Property was clean , location is very secluded but that’s okay being that it’s in Lancaster ca .beds were very comfortable and they had nice pillows . Great place to stay for the value .

Only bad thing I have to say about the property is that it’s in the city of Lancaster. That’s not there fault but I am glad there there. So when we have to stay there there’s a descent place to stay when we go. I could have done without the concrete saws blasting at 7 am but I’m sure that’s only temporary.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Location is great, easy to find and close to everything. I recommend the Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a good place to stay for a reasonable price - it's a great value.

I didn't care for the elevator only 3 people could get on the elevator at 1 time so we have to continuously take the stairs up-and-down I didn't like that part but everything else was great breakfast was great facility great the location was great I didn't like the elevator And the elevator made noise with 2 people like if it was going to break down while you were in it

The place was nice, perfect actually. Loves the room, everything about it. The dove products were amazing and worked well. The breakfast was delicious and so many options and staff was all nice and polite. Love the all white bedding and the room is tastefully designed.

There’s not much to dislike, looks like the elevator needs maintenance but other than that it was great.

Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast, because I was "fasting" due to scheduled lab work. I really enjoyed the personality of the front desk staff, because they were friendly and professional.

The only concern I had was when I observed the sign that stated while on grounds at this facility the Management would not be responsible for theft of vehicles... When my guest visit me at my residence (home) I am responsible for their care and well being.

The staff customer service was very good!! since the minute we checked inn, we felt welcomed the whole time! The bedroom was clean! bed was very comfortable, it was a good space to work and then to complete having an amazing experience, we received a very warm welcome from Nina at the Breakfast area! she made sure we have everything we needed! and Breakfast was amazing too! Thank you Holiday Inn Express Lancaster!!

Rooms were very clean, staff super helpful, location excellent!

Computers were down when we arrived and manual registration was tedious and very prolonged. Breakfast could be improved in both quality and assortment.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. The location, near the Freeway, was perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we heard no outside noise. Every appliance worked. And, the price was right!
