very nice size room.... King bed was comfy, bathroom was big....1st floor room quiet

air conditioning didn't work, no was cloths and $100 deposit I didn't appreciate.

It's nice to have breakfast available in the hotel but it's a standard buffet breakfast. The room is very comfortable and nice bed.

The couches in our room were dirty with marks on them. There was a hole in the wall where the bathroom door handle would hit and it was there when we entered the room. The hotel needs some new carpeting in the hallway. The morning we were there many breakfast items were missing like cereal, orange juice etc. I asked if they were out and the answer was "waiting for a shipment to arrive"! If you are waiting then why don't they buy some items at a local grocery store?

The hotel was in a great location - easily accessible (and great central location for restaurants and stores), but far enough from the freeway so as not to hear constant traffic noise. The facilities were clean and updated and very homey. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Elizabeth was the first front desk person we encountered, and she was so friendly and didn't judge when she needed to come unplug our toilet within an hour of us checking in. Camilla, in charge of the breakfast bar, was so very thoughtful, making sure my kids had every comfort of home (including changing the TV to a cartoon and offering mini waffles instead of the regular size). We will definitely be staying at Springhill Suites again whenever we are in the area!

It's great that they have coffee available at the breakfast bar and in the lobby throughout the day, but I found it to be a little weak but that is absolutely personal preference!

The location was very good, right near the on-/offramp of CA-14. Close-by IHOP, Target, Boot Barn and multiple gas stations. The room was very nice and comfortable. Lots of charging outlets. Good bathroom, nice bed. If I'm ever in Lancaster again, I will definetly stay here.

A/C unit could be a little bit less loud. Wasn't really a problem for me ( Jan - Apr ), but in summer I think it could be pretty annoying. Electricity went off for a while, but not the fault off the hotel. There was a fire in an electrical substation.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Every interaction was warm and made me feel valued. Staff were eager to make everything run smoothly and were helpful when I needed some extra attention.

Breakfast could be better, but I often feel that. It is a little crowded in the food area; the eggs were okay. Coffee not so great (but then I am a coffee snob). Good fruit! Closet was super roomy, which was nice, but needs a light to see well. Also could use a night light in the bathroom so one dosn't have to turn on light fully in the middle of the night.

The location is fine, but I would probably have chosen a location a bit closer to the Boulevard had I known more about Lancaster. Easy access to the highway however made it easy to get everywhere I needed to. The room was clean and staff friendly.

Had I known more about Lancaster, I would have chosen a more central location. Breakfast was the usual breakfast you get in the US, half warm to cold scrambled eggs or something like that, dry muffins and choices of various bread. Nothing better or worse than most other places.

They were very accommodating because I had to rent a truck and drop off my race car and trailer while I got that all situated. I ran in to ask if I could drop off the trailer and car while I went to the garage with the truck that broke down and rent a truck that could tow my trailer with the car on it. They let me park it along a curb in a place that didn't block any of the other guests. It was very nice of them to understand the situation that I was in.

That was the first time that my truck had ever let me down, so that was the only thing that could have been better. The staff and hotel could not have made that situation any better than they did. I was happy with how I was treated.

The property is amazing and comfortable. The manager Alton is awesome and gets everything done in a timely manner. I like every thing about the room just a lil issues with some staff

I don’t like how some of the maids barely clean the room and sometimes they don’t change the bed linen they just remake the bed up . ONe of the cooks I thin doesn’t like her job so she rather tell lies about the breakfast , she either lazy or don’t know how to cook and that’s why she acts like the food is all gone

The separate large rooms. The breakfast was delightful, the coffee was delicious, the parking was ample, and even tho we requested a ground floor they had a elevator for folks that are physically challenged. Very nice and homey.

Toilet to low, TV to small should have two or a larger one. Security deposit should be reversed at checkout and not have to wait 5-7 days. Suggest inspecting room and giving cash back if no problem.

We felt welcomed by the check-in host, who went to check on our room to make sure all was right. And the room was fine; no problems. This might seem like a strange observation, but I must praise them for supplying decent toilet paper. Many of the hotels we have stayed in recently provided the flimsiest paper imaginable. But this SpringHill Suites uses Cottonelle, a major brand. Kuddos!

Soundproofing is somewhat lacking, but it did not bother us too much.
