My partner and I have just got home from a weeks stay here and I cannot put into words how special this place is. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the tuscan hills, comfiest bed I've ever stayed in and staff who clean the room regularly. The breakfast was really good, great selection daily and we had the pool to ourselves most days. Lovely dog called Roy and a little cat who guard the office. If you're looking for a authentic, tuscan experience then book here. We have already said we are going to come back next year for a mini honeymoon after we get married. I will say, if you're staying here I would definitely rent a car as it is up a steep hill and not loads of restaurants and bars in walking distance. A unforgettable holiday, thanks for having us!
Everything was perfect

Absolutely stunning location tucked away in the very heart of the Tuscany hills. The property is truly authentic with period furniture all tastefully designed to enhance an honorably charming Italian experience. Rooms spacious and many lounges and extensive grounds to explore plus a sizable swimming pool. Breakfast incudes local produced all well prepared and varied.
There was a well stocked mini-bar in our room. When we arrived in the Tuscany heat we needed a refreshing drink of chilled water so took a bottle from the fridge. Later charged €1.50. I can understand charging for alcoholic drinks but water - seems a bit steep. Also changed same amount for one small packet of biscuits in the room. Also the breakfast room gets a little crowded in the mornings - then the hotel was fully booked at the time. Lastly, air con could have been a little better. But all said, it is a wonderful hotel!

A truly stunning property which is well maintained. Our room - Double ensuite - was very spacious, immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed (note, don't open the window for too long, bugs get in but there is very conveniently bug spray in the room!). The B&B itself is beautiful and exactly as describled by words and photos on the Booking.com website. Breakfast is served in a stunning location, it was included and there was a wonderful variety of fresh produce every day. The waiting staff were good too. Check-in and out was a very simple process. The pool is stunning and in a wonderful setting - unfortunately with an October stay we could not use the pool as although it was stunning, there were lots of wee bugs in the pool and mosquitos were plentiful and hungry. The tv (located wonderfully in a large wardrobe along with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities) had great access to English channels, Netflix & Amazon Prime. Location to Florence is good too, circa 10 mins to a fee-paying car park recommended by the owner.
You definitely need a car but parking is plentiful. No evening restaurant on site but there is a pizza to your room option. Otherwise all good.

Our family's stay at Hotel Parigi in Florence during April 2024 was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled amidst the enchanting Tuscan countryside, this luxurious hotel offered us a serene retreat with breathtaking views that truly captured the essence of the region. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured a seamless check-in process, providing us with all the necessary information to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our room exuded elegance and comfort, providing us with a sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Florence. The staff's accommodating nature added an extra layer of warmth to our experience, making us feel right at home. While the hotel's location may require a car for transportation to and from Florence, the tranquil surroundings and impeccable service more than made up for it. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Parigi to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Florence, surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany.

The breakfast is served at 8 so we missed two out of three breakfast there because of the museum tickets we had in the morning. But it was perfect the last and only day we had. A nice breakfast with a nice view. The rooms are clean with a big terras.
The only setback is that it is about 15 mins walk to the main road where you can take the bus to the city. It is all uphill so if you don't have a car consider alternatives. The buses are less frequent after 6 p.m. And the other villas have aggressive dogs (just to be aware if you are heading the hotel on foot at the dark, it might scare you!)

An older property up in the hills. Real charm and character with great views. Lovely spacious garden with plenty of different seating options and pool. All staff were helpful and friendly from reception to the lovely breakfast ladies .
Not really a negative but property is in the hills hence the gorgeous views and we had no transport but we found the local buses good and cheap but you did need to walk up from the bus stop a fairly steep hill but we found it no problem , take a torch at night( fairly fit 60+ year olds) and if you didn’t fancy that could get a taxi.

They had the best shower in Europe! After travelling around Europe for a month we have had low pressure showers where the hot water doesn’t last, but at I Parigi they have lovely showers. Their beds are great too, soft and comfortable! They make the most delicious breakfast intolerable and it’s obvious it’s made with lots of thought and love! We enjoyed it so much! There is a bus at the end of the street that takes you straight into Florence city and it couldn’t be easier!

I’ve been to this hotel many times, and I want to live there! Marco and Guido did everything to make the place special and cozy, besides the beauty of the location and the building! Rooms are beautiful, linen are great, bathrooms and showers great, comun space for families, great pool, great gardens, excellent breakfast. It’s an experience to stay, specially in the summer !!
Nothing, everything is perfect but I want to advise clients that is a little far way from the center city (what I do prefer), and require car or taxi to go. Also, there is no elevator, what is not a big deal if is just about the luggages. Only for disable people can be an issue. Otherwise is my favorite place in Italy!

This traditional villa type small hotel is located in the hills approximately 20min (€30) taxi ride out of the city of Florence near a small village/town which is a waking distance away (15min) part which is on very steep hill. The hotel provides a excellent buffet breakfast which can be taken inside or outside in the large garden. But no dinner is served they do provide a service to order (extra charge) pizza each night we did and had drinks from our mini bar. We were too lazy to walk down the hill to the restaurant. Our room was large with large ensuite and very clean. The garden outside is open with a pool and stunning views of the hills.
I gave 8 because of the bed ,the bed linen was perfect and clean but the bed needs to be upgraded very hard and uncomfortable. Although we already knew on booking, dinner was not available it would be lovely to have a restaurant on site.

The view was simply amazing, from the property there was a garden you could walk/explore and the views of the rolling Tuscan hills are worth everything. The breakfast included delicious pastry, as well as meat/cheese options. The owner is very kind and accommodating, he drove us to a restaurant nearby for dinner to save us taxi fees.
If you are traveling without a car and checking in at night, it felt very dangerous as to reach the property. From the bus stop, you have to walk up a hill with no lights where cars can be traveling quite fast around blind corners. I recommend getting a taxi if you plan to check-in during night time.
