We enjoyed our week-long stay at Hotel Parque México Boutique. The location was perfect, and my wife and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. We discovered some great new restaurants and shops, and the staff was very kind and helpful, will definitely book again on our upcomming trip. They gave us a baggie of crystals for our stay and we have then on our dresser to remeber the amazing time we had.

Had issues with the TV the channels were tricky to figure out and sometimes netflix would crash. We brought out laptop to watch shows on it either way not a big deal

The location on the park could not be any better. Very close to many restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. The hotel itself is very safe with an attendant out in front all day long. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The only challenge I would say about this place is that the rooms are basically facing to the outside courtyard which if it is raining may cause a challenge walking in the elements. Keep in mind too that you need to turn in your key to the front desk and pick it up when you return. I think this is to monitor who is coming and going. LGBT guests keep in mind that this place is nicely located only about 2 blocks away from Tom's bar.

Location is unbeatable. Lots of places to visit and places to eat around. The staff is lovely and they still care about the guest experience. They were fantastic and kind !

Restaurant / terrace experience was not great. Slow service and not the happiest team. I sat to have breakfast, the place was completely empty and I was told I couldn’t work there. The next day I ordered food to bring to my room and they said they couldn’t give me any silverware or disposable cutlery. They didn’t have any in the room either.

The location can’t be beat, right where you want to be when visiting Mexico City. La Condesa/Roma is where it’s at with people, restaurants, cafes, and some of the most beautiful parks in DF and a neighborhood full of architectural gems, including many Art Deco apartment buildings. So I loved it! That being said, the room I booked at the hotel was on the small side, and while the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were hard and gave me a headache. I mentioned to staff when leaving and I hope they correct this

I loved staying here. The staff is really friendly and helpful! It is also located right in front of the Mexico Park, which means LOTS of restaurants, people, dogs, bars, etc. So centric to everything!

The restaurant staff was not as friendly and ordering food to bring up to your room is a struggle (they dont have disposable utensils available, and the room doesnt have silverware so... you are expected to eat with your hands or bring your own from home?). They dont let you work in your laptop there past 1, even if the place is completely empty. It wasn't a big deal, there are a ton of places around the hotel, but it was a bit incovenient.

Excellent location, it’s right on a dog park with amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and it felt very safe.

The in-room facilities could do with some improvement, we weren’t given towels when we checked in and those we were given had holes in them. Kitchen area has a sink that was not plumbed in which was weird! Given a coffee machine but only 2 pods, no sugar, creamers or even spoons - not a big deal but a small detail which would make a difference to a tired traveller.

Great front desk staff! Was an absolute pleasure interacting with them. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and happily assisted any requests we made.

Lack of A.C. at times the room did get very humid. We regularly had to open the window to have ventilation in the room. A very thin layer moisture was on the floor, sheets etc.

This was not my first stay here, so I was already familiar with the hotel, however, the staff was super welcoming and went the extra mile to accomodate my needs. I will be coming back for sure.

Being that I had stayed here before, i knew what to expect, and I really like the hotel. That being said, there were a couple maintenance issues that i think could be addressed, the soap dispenser on my shower was broken, and there was no soap. Minor detail.

The bathroom was to old, the shower head has not pressure at all. The products shampoo and soap very low quality. They have a small counter in the room where the faucet didn’t work and it looks like is been for years. So in the beginning I tough that it was just the water so I pour a liquid and didn’t have the pipe down the facicet so I’m I did a mess. Then the floor was really dirty. My socks torn black. The Sevice was very nice and friendly.

The location was ideal especially with a beautiful park across the street. The decor and charm of the hotel was a perfect blend of Mexican chic with contemporary touches. Breakfast included in the room rate was a great value and the restaurant was beautifully situated peeking out over the park. The staff was helpful, gracious, friendly and all around welcoming.

The layout of the building means most rooms (except for suites) have no windows and no fans. There's no air ventilation so it meant keeping the door open sometimes. A ceiling fan would help solve this problem. Also, there's no public seating area where someone can sit with a laptop, read a book or have a conversation. There is a "working lounge" area adjacent to the restaurant, but it wasn't available for guests' use. Because the rooms are small, a common area would be helpful.
