We felt like at home. The apartment is large and was ideal for our family of 4. The exchange with the host was pleasant with someone responsive. The apartment is renovated and well maintenened. Very close to the beach...about 5-6 minutes. Rather pleasant. The neighborhood was very quiet; we slept very well.

As is done a lot now, the presence of a washing machine would be a real plus. We didn't miss the TV but we were hoping for a good movie night with the overhead projector...unfortunately this one is terribly tired! Some plumbing problems in one of the bathrooms but the owner assured me that he would do the necessary. Because there are two bathrooms...we don't hold it against him. This used to be the prime place where families would be on vacay, several years back. It still is, the outer part looks rundown but the unit is well maintained inside is complete with almost everything. Host has been very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Personal preference- the internal is first to be considered, and it’s cozy, cozy, cozy and secure 😊 Thanks Ee Ling ( host ) !

- Very close to the beach (across the road) - Homely and sufficiently equipped with necessities like a cooking stove, cutleries, utensils for light cooking

- very rundown buildings, with a couple of unsafe / hazardous amenities like - a broken glass top on the dining table temporarily taped up with musking tape - a couple of nails used to hold down a sink pipe protruding out - some amenities need improvement like spoilt wood on the bathroom doors due to moisture - overall not cheap considering the condition of the building and exterior

Not soundproof enough to hear outside and neighbor (especially the one staying upstairs ), making noise in the middle of the night so troubling for us. The first room's air conditioner cannot works for about 30 minutes during night, return to work after restart it.

close to the beach, nice apartment, equipped with all what you need in a very kind and personal manner by the host. we left an item in the apartment- our host contacted us immediately and arranged for shipping to our next location - best service ever!

Although the outer it's dated and we're upset once we saw the building, but once we enter the condo it's really cozy and feels like home.. everything was good and we slept well too. Definitely will stay again if we're back in Penang.

You need to enter the house first and you will know why. Very cosy house. A house with a complete tools and appliances. Everything is there except for TV. There must be a reason why the owner placed a projector instead of TV. But it’s okay, we enjoyed our stay very much!

🙂Dont judge the book by its cover Although the apartment is quite old school but The house is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly and responsive when chatting. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and near to variety of restaurant. Highly recommended for family stay

The house was very nice and clean comfortable even though from the outside looks very scary but honestly inside the house feels like staying in the hotel. Really loves the house as i got 4 kids and so comfortable to stay. Near to the beach and other facilities.. Easy to find food .. Owner was very nice.Everything was perfect I can cooks for breakfast. Sure will come back ❤️❤️

Interior looks nice with kitchen. Watch movies using projector instead of TV. Walking distance to batu feringhi beach and muslim restaurants. Spacey swimming pool for kids.

Old building need for repainting. Sofa need 3 seater. Projector need leaflet guideline how to use it.
