Perfect size, and close to a lot of tourist places

It is in the middle of bars and dancing clubs, it is super loud and I couldn't sleep well

Perfection would have been a small refrigerator in the room It seems a Mexican hotel thing you can’t get your room before 3 ….. no matter what Cannot believe not a single room is unavailable before 3

Everything was great. Location is the best part of this hotel along with the clean and spacious rooms. Thank you for making the vacation memorable.

Breakfast had its ups and downs. Having hot food for the guest was AWESOME, but would sometime run out and you need to wait. Also, only having two tables, made seating a bit awkward at times. The BIGGEST suggestion/complaint was that the coffee was consistently warm (not hot). Having a better coffee maker would be helpful.

i love the location very close to everything, the room has everything we need, staff nice respecful, ready to help to answer question,to give information not much the beakfast

the batrrom has no door is the only issue other than that everything is excellent I will go back again

I mean there were friendly but I feel like they were kind of uptight as far as check in because I arrived early and I hadn't sleep and they said that they don't have any rooms I have to wait until 3:00 p.m.

The hotel was really nice and FacilitiesPeople were very nice people were very nice. However the hotel the towels were very old and outdated and I only got two no hand towels and when I went to the front desk I asked for some extra towels they didn't have any until the next day when the housekeeper arrives all I needed was fresh towels and they don't have them at the front desk

Omg the staff was so nice and helpful and helped our stay outside of the hotel fun and safe from food recommendations to beautiful historic sites. They made not only the hotel pleasant but the things we did outside of the hotel. Will definitely recommend to all and we're definitely gonna stay there when we come back. Our trip was awesome mainly because of hotel staff. We are still amazed. Thank you for the beautiful opportunity.

There is nothing that we didn't like everything was perfect.

It is in a great location and it is a great value for the money. It was comfortable and it was a very nice building.

The only thing was the breakfast, we got there close to the end of it so things like eggs and ham and cheese had been out a while. Other than that, the stay was more than pleasant.

Centrally located and superb and friendly staff

First time entering a little challenged by the elevator. It was daylight so not that big of a deal but if it had been dark I would have been concerned. There’s a night club somewhere nearby that is playing banging bass until 2 am and you can hear it.

Fabulous location, though the entrance is in a side street . Value for money

The breakfast was very poor the breakfast room is not fully enclosed and it was very cold and wet that morning. The choice was very limited. I just had yoghurt and coffee . The breakfast server appeared to be bored , The eggs looked very dry,

Good hotel. Had to change rooms after the first night due to the construction noise opposite. Great breakfast freshly made each morning .

They would only give one room card even though there were 2 of us. If I came again, I'd probably stay a bit further south. The immediate area (zona rosa) is a bit studenty. The bars/cafes are more interesting if you walk 15 minutes south.
