The best value for money. They have dormitory with private bathroom and balcony. Toilettes, towels and locker are provided without additional save deposit. Free water refill. Great swimming pool with basketball hoop. They clean it up every day. Free city bicycles. Staff very friendly. They can pack your breakfast if you have early check out or going to Angkor Wat.

Mediocre breakfast (without meat) with additional fruits and coffee or tea. But it is justified by the price. So, don’t expect a lot and just check how it looks on google maps reviews.

I have to especially thank for the staff therefore. They are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, which makes the Boutique unique and outstanding among the others. But don't get me wrong, the Boutique's facility is also great to what u paid for. Strong wifi, good & quiet air con, daily breakfast with 6 to 7 options for u to choose from. Nice swimming pool with pool side games including snooker. Kids friendly playground is also available too. The staff including manager are very supportive to assist me to get local transport to reach the airport on my last day & I paid for the shuttle bus by my credit card in a very reasonable price (coz I hv used up the Cambodia cash & don't wanna cash out from ATM again). Location is perfect & it's just minutes walk to the pub street and old town.

Nothing at all. I get everything perfect for what I paid for and the service is exceed my expectations, as a solo traveler in 1 week stay in cambodia. My pleasure to meet the staff and stay in this Boutique again, if I come back to cambodia.

I stayed here with my son as we're backpacking across the country. The room was on the top floor, which was very spacious and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty and included a packed breakfast as we were up early to do the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. The pool & bar was a welcome relief after our temple trip. We did have a slight issue with our room door handle failing but I reported this to the staff with no issues. The big bonus for me was the help the provided with regards to transport from Siem Reap to Kho Chang in Thailand. I was finding buses and taxi bookings a nightmare prior to my arrival as so many websites were not giving me the option to make a booking. The hotel staff informed me that they could sort this out with an external company, which they did setting me at ease. For 2 of us to travel to Kho Chang to include the ferry worked out at £70 ($86), which considering the distance, border logistics and jumping on another bus was in my opinion a real bargain. I highly recommend this hotel based on the price, service and helpfulness of the staff and would stay again.

The staff couldn't do enough for us, so kind, so caring, always smiling, always helpfu. Greeted on arrival with tea & a very welcome cold towel, wonderful service. Breakfast included everyday, EVEN if you had an early start e.g 4.30am for the temples, they ensured we had a packed breakfast to take away. The pool bar was perfect CHEAP & plenty of menu choice. Lovely clean quiet waterfall pool with jacuzzi, had it to ourselves most of the time. The barlady let us buy an Angkor pint glass off her too, she wrapped it up & even made a hand made box to protect it, absolute star x Room always cleaned when requested, little garden view balcony which was nice. Hotel was in a great location, round the corner from center & pub street, but away enough to not hear the noises. Reception changed dolla notes too which was great. For the price we paid, it was absolutely grand, thank you for everything x

Dogs barking next door through the night, not the hotels issue, but on going through the week became quite tiresome.

Great location (5-7 min walk from pub Street, 5 min walk from night market), silent Street in the night, the pool/garden area is silent and relaxed as it is placed behind the place and not in front(I saw a lot of places were the pool is located in the front). There's toilets and a shower outside next to the pool. There's a rooftop with a great view. Not much besides the view, but you can use it. The staff are really great and helpful! You can refill water for free in the restaurant. Cleaning in the room upon request. They can help arrange tours and transportation. I can recommend this place 😁

It was a mix dorm. Good aircon, not strong. And the fan was a plus if you need more fresh air. The balcony was great. I think it's important to say there was an electric kettle (because when I checked the equipment of the others hostels, most of the time there isn't the kettle on the table), so I was so happy to make my tea every night before sleeping. The swimming pool was so cool with jacuzzi included. Bravo. Near of everything but not of Angkor temples (easy access with bicycle, bike, or tuk tuk). You can book tours also. Breakfast was included, simple and fresh. The staff was nice and always smiling. They take care of you and help you if you need. Thank you 😊

There are no curtains for beds, no intimacy.

Breakfast was just standard eggs and bread but it was very nice. Pool was nice and clean, the pool had a basket ball hoop to play with and also a spa jacuzzi. Staff really friendly, we got a welcome tea drink on arrival which was nice after a long day of travelling from Thailand via bus.

The bathrooms and room was a little dated but we think it was maybe just the traditional style. Bed was abit uncomfortable for us. The room was also a little dark, the curtains had been pinned together so we could not actually open them. Other than that which can be fixed easily it was a nice stay! Thank you

Great location, comfortable stay and like the simple complimentary breakfast they provided, didn't have to go out. Great restaurant for food & drinks. Good arrangements by the hotel for the Angkor wat tour and Siem Reap Int Airport drop by share Shuttle bus. I enjoyed the swimming pool they have, it's nice for relaxation after my Angkor Wat, temple sunset view etc package Tour. I stay for 2 nights only but overall, It was a great stay. My stay went so smoothly. Nothing to dislike.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were very helpful, let us check in after we arrived on the night bus at 7am, which was so nice. Helpful in arranging our tuktuk tour of Angkor wat at a good price, and provided a packed breakfast for us to take as we left early for sunrise. Room was spacious and clean. Air con was not the best we have had but definitely good enough. Pool area was nice and the breakfast, though basic, was good quality. Walking distance from lots of good restaurants and pub street. A great stay ay a cheap price.

As mentioned, air con could have been a bit better, but I think this is because when you take the key out it turns off so you don’t get the feeling of returning to a cool room. A very minor gripe so don’t let this influence your decision of whether to stay.

Very nice property with swimming pool and space for activities (slack line, monkey bars etc). Included breakfast was nice and had a few options. Bar around the pool very reasonably priced with 75c beers! Staff all very helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom were clean and very good size. Definitely good value for money. Laundry service was only 1 dollar per kg. Very good location, 10 minute walk to pub street, lots of street food and local markets.

Wifi was not great at times. Otherwise no complaints!
