Excellent hotel in the heart of the city offering a complete range of guest services tour planing, rentals were booked and arrange in a quick matter of time very flexible and price offered by the hotel was good. the location of the hotel is good easy to get to the local market and restaurants nearby. Pub street and night market takes 10-15min walk to reach or a 1 USD ride with a tuktuk at the front of the hotel. the room was quiet clean and comfortable with good space and all the appliances and amenity you would need in the room. outdoor pool was clean and it was a nice spot to chill after a long day out at the temples.

The reception staff greeted you with a smile and a welcome drink and snacks, and were super helpful. The rooms were lovely, very clean and well styled. We stayed here during our visit to Siem Reap to see the Angkor temples. Everything was really nice about this hotel for us. staff is friendly, food in the restaurant is delicious and we also got massages at the spa which was really pleasant. They organized tuk Tuks for us to Angkor, reasonably priced.

The room was nice comfortable and clean , the staff was just incredible, very friendly and helpful. on site restaurant serve delicious food. pool and bar was next to each other. pool was clean and the happy hour cocktail deal was nice. good location easy to reach the local market or a 10-15min walk to pubstreet. We highly appreciate that we have been offered a late check out, because our flight was scheduled for 6 pm.

The hotel far exceeded all our expectations. The staff were perhaps the best I have come across and made our stay a truly memorable one. We now have such great memories of the hotel, staff and Cambodia. The pool was really good. Rooms excellent. Food good. But the staff stood out as the outstanding attribute.

I would advise guests to be clear and agree a price with Tuk Tuk drivers prior to setting off on any journey. Any subsequent negotiation should be approached carefully. This applies to drivers the hotel uses and elsewhere.

It’s a very nice hotel, smiling staff and food is ok.

There’s a mosque nearby that is too loud and play songs all day

Great level of service provided by all the staff of the hotel. nice rooms with all amenities, clean comfortable Room, the food at the restaurant were great. There are local stores and market nearby and some restaurants as well. Within walking distance to the night market and pub street. Will stay here again when I visit Siem Reap. The pool was clean and very nice to hang out in with some cocktails in the evening after a whole day tour arranged by the reception at the front desk, it was fun and we had great time as well, very hot but got to hang out at the pool after. Looking forward in coming back next year to see the other temples we haven't visit yet.

Exceptional value for the price, large well furnished bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows, very spacious bathroom with hot water and large shower head and a great balcony with with good furnishings too. Spotless swimming pool and good restaurant and bar. What really makes this hotel though is their staff, I know I can be vocal if something isn't as I'd like it yet the staff dealt with me with such graciousness and did all they could to ensure I enjoyed my stay. I would like to give a special mention to Mr Soeuth who takes enormous pride in his role at the hotel and went above and beyond to make me feel at home, I won't forget his kindness. There is always a tuk tuk outside but only a 10min stroll along the riverbank to the vibrant main area with so many restaurants and bars but almost opposite the hotel is a great vegan restaurant which would satisfy all tastes. You won't go wrong staying here, It's a little gem.

These are minor observations. If your breakfast isn't as you'd like it then just let the restaurant staff know as they will correct it immediately. Maybe finding a better spot for the vegetable and meat chopping as they do it outside on a wooden board with a large knife and the sound reverberates around the hotel especially at 8am on a Sunday morning and when you have construction work opposite which surprisingly wasn't that intrusive, It's just another layer of unnecessary noise however, as soon as I pointed this out the situation was dealt with and understood. But as I said, these are minor observations which Mr Soeuth handled with ease.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful, and just the sweetest people honestly. Nothing was too much bother. We organised some taxis and bikes through the hotel and the rates were really reasonable too. We enjoyed the pool and the general layout of the place felt old fashioned but in a nice way - with lots of nice wood detailing.

There were a lot of spiders around, it would have been good if thr staff would remove them more regularly. And more loungers/seating by the pool as in the afternoons it got pretty busy and there wasn't anywhere to sit!

This hotel and its staff are amazing. Everything about the hotel is wonderful but the thing that makes it stand out above all others is the way the guests are made to feel really special. In most hotels we have stayed in Siem reap the staff have been very good, but the staff at Indra are the very best. They appear to have been carefully chosen and exceedingly well trained. Their customer service skills are second to none and guests are very much at the forefront of everything. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they all deserve the very highest praise. We will definitely return and will recommend you to all our friends and relatives.

the hotel is nice place to relax with a good swimming pool and a great room- great for when you back from touring the temples in the heat! rooms are a Great size, clean , quiet and comfortable. great location - about 5min walk to local market or 10-15min walk to pub street and most restaurants. we ended up organizing our day temple tour with Vireak at the reception who made sure all our questions were answered, as for the price it was similar to everything out there or a bit better on some as well very affordable.
