It's a beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms with nice rainfall showers, comfortable beds etc. it's also very conveniently located by many trams and the Zagreb bus station for easy transport. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

I was not expecting a breakfast, so getting one was a welcome surprise, but it could use a bit more variety. Other than that it was a great hotel.

This is the best hotel you could ever find in Zagreb. The location, amenities, cleanliness, and friendliness are all top-notch. But what truly sets those guys apart is the soul they have! Every person who works there is such a bright, kind human being. I ran into an issue, and they offered their help right away, without a second thought. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Neven, Sven, and Amir at the reception. If it weren't for them, I would be in a really tough spot right now. I've never met anyone like them. If there were more people like these guys, the world would be a better place! If I ever fly back to Zagreb, this would be the only place I'd stay. As a solo female traveler, you never know what kind of people you will meet, but rest assured, this place is the best bet.

I literally have nothing negative to say about this place and I’ve travelled 20+ countries.

We had left an apartment that just wasn’t up to the rating and booked in here at 10:30 at night .. the reception at that time was excellent and they were very helpful throughout our stay . The room itself was absolutely spotless and clean . The bed very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. Although the property is on a main road there was no outside noise at all. It might seem to be a way out of town but it was a one dollar ten minute tram ticket into the city . Trams are very frequent. The bus station is across the road and there is pub around the corner as well as supermarkets, sandwiches and pharmacy . If ever I get back there I’d book in again .. excellent

Nothing to dislike

Wonderful location, just 3 minutes walk from the bus terminal, staffs are very friendly and helpful, and the bed is so comfortable, we have the most wonderful sleep in this hotel during this trip.

I love all things in this hotel

I love that it is located next to the bus station. Hence it is great for transfers and travelling the next day to another city or to the airport. The location is quiet and located next to many bakeries so you are spoilt for food options if you want to try some Croatian pastries. Service is exceptional. All the staff are all so patient and kind and accommodating. I asked for a little more time for check out and they were very accommodating and did not rush me. After I checked out, they also offered me some croissants and tea before my flight. Stellar service!

Nothing: wished I stayed a little longer!

The staff (specifically Ava) went out of her way to make my stay a very good experience.

Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was great surprise! Coffee and that breakfast in the morning were highlight of my stay here. Mattress is very comfy. Hotel is new and the furniture is in good condition.

When I entered my room was very cold and could not increase the temperature. So first night was very unpleasant. Also, there was a bad smell all the time - in the hallway and in my room. Maybe they have some problems with ventilation. Pillows are very bad. Next day they did something to fix the problem with the temperature, but after 10 p.m. again it was very cold in my room. Bathroom has floor heating, but it wasn't working, so that was very unpleasant.

Wonderful staff clearly really care about the guests. Brand-new hotel is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.

Minimal breakfast, but we were informed that they have plans to significantly increase the offerings.
