I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel, and I must say the experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was ideal, with easy access to major attractions. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service, particularly from Elyas. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and was always available to provide assistance. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Elyas, and the entire Swiss-Belhotel team for an unforgettable experience. I like the warm welcome of the staff. Specifically Melody Fontanilla helped us arrange our stay and provided us room per our request. She is very accommodating and anticipates our needs. She is very reachable anytime we ask for something. Another staff support was Rania, she very well took our requests fast and with confidence. Also the room is very well cleaned by daily assigned staff ours are Malaysian girl and one time Bangladesh guy. They are both very efficient. Housekeeping and Room service are both responding fast and efficiently. I love to stay again in Swiss Belhotel Seef and make it our family's second home when in Bahrain. Excellent hotel excellent service.

Well maybe because its Ramadan, we were not able to use the pool as it is on an ongoing maintenance. But nevertheless we still enjoy other amenities of the hotel.

Amazing location and very clean and neat hotel. Not noisy at all. I was a little afraid it will be noisy since they have a bar but very decent hotel with all kinds of people. The bed is so comfortable and so are the pillows and cover I could sleep in the whole day.

The room next door we could hear them clearly and the bell boy was rude as I asked him to get our luggage since my husband couldn’t find parking but he said wait I’m with someone that person was still checking in so was I. Even after that I kept waiting for more than 5 mins after checking in still no one to help then the receptionist he went himself and got the luggage for us so kind of him.

Beyond my expectations, indeed! Hotel is well located close to the Bahrain fort and Seef Mall. All of the staff was eager to help and serve as much as possible. There was a broad variety of food in breakfast and could satisfy everyone's preference. Special thanks to Nisa, Evita and Mijari who served me. The gym was well equipped and the pool area was sufficient to enjoy the sun and a few relaxing moments. Room was spacious and had everything I could need. This hotel made my stay in Bahrain both safe and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool area was great and the bar on the 28th floor excellent! Staff were friendly and accommodating and I really enjoyed the 4 nights I stayed there.

Even though the shower was really spacious and modern, it did take a while to warm up, which naturally wastes water and is an inconvenience as well, resulting in me taking colder showers that normal. Also, on the environmental theme, I ordered room service once and I was given single use plastic cutlery and dishes covered in cling film, so please reduce plastic usage.

Its my family's 2nd time around in this hotel. The location is very near cafes, malls, hospital and pharmacy. The staff are great, our daily room cleaners Shahzaibi Ali who is very very kind and responsive, same with Saravanan, they provide our housekeeping needs excellently. Of course our host Ms Melody Fontanilla who responds fast whenever we need something...
