I recently revisited Ramee Grand and was impressed once again. The room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining at Ruka, roof top restaurant was a delight, with delicious meals and great service. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to reach from the malls. Consistent in quality and service, Ramee grand remains my top choice. Highly recommended!

The employees from the receptionist to the security guard are not so friendly, I tried having conversation with them to give them compliment actually, however, they weren’t willing to listen to me which I think is wrong, in hospitality, we expect people to be more warm and welcoming which I didn’t feel

The location of this hotel is fantastic with an array of really lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and the mall within reach. The hotel is nice, a little dated in parts, but our room and bathroom was hugely spacious and everything we needed for our stay. Robes, slippers, amenities all great! Free complimentary parking was also appreciated. The Indian restaurant was nice and service was great.

The room was a little bit worn and dated. There was no outlet beside the bed which made charging electricals a bit difficult. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures with very few loungers or other facilities, you couldn’t spend a day relaxing there, but the staff were very courteous and thorough with pool cleaning.
