Very good breakfast and a great location. Nice bar and free snacks. Lovely ambiance.

We were kept waiting far too long on arrival. The receptionist was on the phone to another guest and there was no one else to assist. She then apologised and talked about a room upgrade but that never materialised. We arrived in the morning after a long flight and I had paid for an extra night upfront as they did not allow for an early check. So, frankly, I was a bit annoyed to wait around. Expected better service from a luxury hotel especially as this was the very first experience we had on site. Only one chance to make a good first impression and that was lost.

Location, service, unique design.

The building is historic and was magnificently renovated. The common spaces as well as the hotel rooms are beautifully designed. No expense was spared! The housekeeping freshened up the room every day like the day we arrived. Plus, in the evening they left us extra water, a small treat and took care of closing the curtains. The breakfast was wonderful with various pastries and breads served everyday along with a delicious main course of your choosing. The entire staff, from the doormen to the hotel manager, was extremely friendly and worked very hard to make sure the guests had an unforgettable stay. And we did!

One small thing. The motion-sensor lights in the bathroom that went off even in the middle of the night and were extremely bright.

My partner and I stayed at Palazzo Roma Hotel for three days and it was exceptional. Having traveled extensively for work and stayed in countless hotels over the years, we can confidently say this was one of the most welcoming and service-oriented experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism that felt completely genuine. We were pleasantly surprised how engaging the entire team was and how sincere all the conversations felt. Whether it was a friendly chat with Oliver or a helpful recommendation from Lumina and Guillermo, every staff member seemed genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. Everyone's dedication to hospitality and guest experience felt both luxurious and deeply personal. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and had a lovely home-like warmth to it. The location also could not have been better, everything was within walking distance, so we could easily explore the city.

Small detail, but we ordered room service one night, and the burger wasn’t great, it lacked flavor, and the bacon was overcooked, almost black. I also noticed the bacon at breakfast was a bit burnt, which was surprising. We were also recommended a couple of local restaurants, Ristorante BellaDonna and Osteria da Fortunata. Both were decent, but not outstanding. The food was fine, but the atmosphere and service didn’t quite live up to expectations. Maybe we caught them on an off night, but we’re sure there are better spots in the area to recommend.

My recent stay at Palazzo Roma was truly outstanding. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel’s decor struck a perfect balance between fun and chic, creating an inviting and stylish atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better – just minutes from the Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of many of Rome’s iconic landmarks. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Palazzo Roma exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in the heart of Rome.

The design is fabulous, the staff, especially Oliver Hutton, who is one of the best hotel managers I have ever encountered, will do everything to make your stay as easy as possible (advice on what to see nearby and where to eat, reservations for restaurants and taxis, etc). Breakfast is very good - no buffet but real dishes made upon order, excellent choice of gluten free pastries). The location is perfect because it’s in the center of the center so you can go to a lot of places by foot if you want. The rooms are spacious, all the items are of excellent quality.

Sound proofing to buffer the noise from the corridors (doors closing and cleaning service) could be improved - but you can’t hear any noise coming from the other rooms.

The best location, on the central street, next to Fontaine Trevi. Very stylish, modern and clean… On arrival got un upgrade of my room :) For the breakfast there is no buffet, only menu (which i like as i don’t eat food from buffet, i m on low carbs diet, and i had a several options which was excellent!!! Acai bowle rare to find in Italy) Stuff are very nice Bed is comfortable Air conditioner works well, silent mode.

No coffee machine and no kettle in the room Every morning u might be waken up at 7:15 by a trash car, which is picking up glass buckets. If u r looking for spa and gym, they don’t have it. But for me this time, it was fine, i didn’t need it (i m post operated) so it matched my expectations.

The property is beautiful and we were treated very well for the duration of our stay. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the frescoed dining room. Oliver (a manager, I think) was attentive and informative - he not only booked a dinner reservation for us but walked us to the location. Also he made sure the restaurant knew it was my birthday - they brought out a lovely dessert at the end of our meal. There was also a bottle of prosecco and a slice of birthday cake awaiting us when we arrived. We don't often stay in so-called luxury properties because the potential for disappointment is so high, but this did not disappoint.

The hotel is rather new and the interior is quite interesting. it offers something different than the rest of the places. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The location is also great, just in between to all famous places. the location offered us the chance of reaching to all the right places by walking. When it comes to breakfast, that was a different world. First of all the restaurant itself was beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful and nice and the menu and the quality was impeccable. we stayed for three nights and enjoyed it tremendously.

We stayed in a junior suite, as mentioned the interior designing of the place is quite unique. But when it comes to our room and for staying three nights, whilst cherishing the design, would have preferred slightly lighter room. it was rather dark in the evenings.

This was an altogether exceptional hotel with a grandness and opulence befitting its title of Palazzo but with old style elegance. It is an ode to a gallery of outstanding artworks including galleries of portraits and original frescoes. The service was outstanding and the a la carte breakfast delivered an outstanding culinary experience with exceptional bread and pastries and a delightful menu. The location was superb, a 5 min walk to the Trevi fountain and Pantheon and a 15/20 min walk to the Spanish Steps and Colosseum.
