Great little apartment! Allocated secure parking space. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have 2 bedrooms to choose from. Lovely balcony with comfortable seats. Good location with 2 good restaurants within walking distance for evening meals. Nice to have beach chairs available. Easy access to El Yunque.

Access was not so easy and a bit stressful for us. We waited until 1pm for codes at our previous hotel. We didn't want to find a burger king with WiFi! Then we managed to request receiving codes by text which was ok! Several codes/instructions are needed, to get through the side gate, to open the main gate and to access the apartment. All went well, but, as check in was 4pm, a bit of a worry. WiFi was great on the back balcony unless it was raining or the sun was out!

Fabulous view! Location was great next to little cafes etc, and near the excursions. Air con was good! Beds comfy. Great little extras like beach towels provided. Nice balcony we loved it !!! We were so grateful that we were let in early before check in so that we had somewhere to leave our bags

The location and view is the best on the island! We thought about staying in San Juan but, so glad we chose Fajardo. You can see all of the small islands (archipelago ). Don't miss the sunrise, it's amazing!! There are so many things to do so close to this apartment, even within walking distance. Bio Bay kayaking,water taxi to Icacos, many good restaurants. We loved Resturante El Pescador.There is a park with a playground for the kids and a walking path along the water with small kiosks.Stores and beaches are a short drive away. San Juan, Lechone Highway, Pinones kiosks are all a 50 min drive away. Luquillo Beach 20 min drive. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Just a text/call away. We will be back for sure!

If you don't want to carry your luggage, groceries ECT up a few flights of stairs stay on the first or second floor. They asked us what floor we would like but didn't see the email in time so we got our work out going to the third floor. Look out for email when you book so you can have an opportunity to choose. Hot water is difficult to get the temperature just right, but just a minor issue.

Everything was clean upon our arrival. It was quite at all time and we felt safe. The host were available and very helpful at all time. I recommend Sueño Del Mar to everyone.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I wish I was visiting for pleasure but we were visiting due to a death in the family. Sueño Del Mar owners knew why we were staying and made our stay comfortable. I wouldn’t change anything.

Location was great for the water sports and beach just a 5 min drive. About 15 minutes to the grocery stores in actual Fajardo. You have to have a car to get there and anywhere else you want to go. The apartment was modest but very clean. Hot water in the shower and good pressure. The AC worked great and the TV had cable. No wifi in the apartment, only out in the balcony. The views are great. You have your designated parking spot and the parking lot is gated. It may look a little round down in the neighborhood but it really is very safe. We think is the abandoned houses after the hurricane that make it look like that. The owner was very attentive. Great place for the price.

The door hinges could use some WD-40, they are very noisy and at night when you are trying to be quiet but need to close the bathroom door it can be very loud. Nothing stopping us from staying there again.

We loved the location. We walked to the marina for our bioluminescent tour and to local food spots that were delicious. We were just minutes from two excellent beaches. We were able to borrow 5 beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and umbrellas from the property which was such an added bonus. The property was spotless and the view of the sea from the balcony was an added surprise. We also appreciated the assigned parking. This was the best spot for our trip to eastern PR. We hope to rent this location again next year upon our return.

Nothing about the property. Everything was clean and the location cannot be beat. Know that Fajardo generally has many roosters who wake up early.

The owners are very nice. I forgot to call my credit card company and let them know I was visiting Puerto Rico. Right away they put a hold On my card and not letting them process my card. They were so kind to text and let me know so I can get this cleared up. The apartment made me feel like I went back in time when my mom was alive, felt very comfortable. Very kind people.

The process for checking in and out was easy. The apartment had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. The location was walking distance to the kayak tour and very quiet, and the view from the back deck was gorgeous!

An air conditioning unit in the main living area would be great, but we didn’t spend much time inside, so it wasn’t a huge issue. The fans also helped get air circulating.

Parking was easy and secure. The balcony overlooking the bay was our favorite spot. Apartment with kitchen was spacious. Great location. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers all provided. Access to kayaking and water taxis are steps away. Beach is a fifteen minute walk, or you can drive for five minutes.

Internet was only available on back balcony and the bedroom closest to it. But, it worked great there. Hot water was temperamental. No phone to connect with water taxi (cell service didn’t work)

Very clean, large apartment, perfectly located for going on a kayak excursion as the offices were just downstairs from the house. Beautiful views of the ocean. Beds and couches very comfortable. Restaurants walking distance.
