Staff was kind and very helpful. The desk workers went out of their way to help us find some unique souvenirs we were looking for.

We were placed in room 3. Unfortunately the room’s wall of windows opens onto a balcony shared with the kitchen, and it was used as a daycare space for the cleaner everyday. While the kids were overall not too loud, it was annoying to be woken up by them both in the morning and when we tried to nap in the afternoon. The pool water was so cold we weren’t able to swim.

Loved the private room that had two bathrooms available. Staff was lovely and helped us to book a last minute elephant excursion. Took advantage of the laundry service which was priced a bit high but they got all the stains out of my white shirt from the khao soi. Location was excellent, and we loved exploring the area, especially the museum Of makers around the corner.

The pool deck was very slippery with some sharp edges. Just be careful out there! Would have loved a real coffee maker vs instant.

We all slept wonderfully! The room was designed for multiple guests and we all had space and plenty of bathroom/showers to use. Staff were so quick with laundry. The location was right near the markets and walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Beautiful and well placed hotel. We stayed in room 9 on the fourth floor and you have to take the stairs as there is no lift but it wasn’t a big deal for us at all. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Small fridge and coffee and tea. Nice kitchen area on the second floor with coffee, tea, toast and fruit every morning. Shower was great and hot water was wonderful. AC worked great too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Quiet street Really nice staff We loved the refreshing pool at the end if the day

You're always going to hear noise in hotels, either guests talking too loud, or holiday music. We had ear plugs. It was mostly pretty quiet. Our little neighbourhood was quiet, away from their busy road.

Contemporary areas for living and mess quarters, very chilled, close to all the action. Great pool, staff were excellent and very helpful with all our needs. Great value for money.

Sharp corners by the pool could be improved.

Hostel has a very chill out vibe. It is fairly clean, comfortable and located very closely to the most important spots. There are some common areas where you can sit and talk with other guests.

Pool area could be cleaner and could have more seats to spank time at.

Location was great, close to markets and not very far to walk into center. Staff were lovely and allowed us to leave bags in reception before and after check in/out. Drinking water supplied daily. Really quick laundry service.

In the twin room you could hear pigeons on the roof every morning. Shower wasn't that warm.

This place is really peaceful and so charming. We loved our stay, and it's pretty close to everything you need, but without the noise. Room really clean, good wifi, and the pool is super nice after a day hiking.

I loved the communal areas - the kitchens and the lounge. Great shower in my room!

The room was a little on the small size, but very functional and new. everything worked perfectly!
