We had a sea view room which was lovely. Location great for relaxing experience. Courtesy taxi into town. Very good breakfast, on terrace by the sea. Free bottle of wine for my birthday. Snorkeling from small beach nearby was great. Aircon very good.

You need to be fairly mobile as there are lots of stairs to get around the site. In our room there was no drawers to put your clothes etc away, basically lived out of suitcase or floor. Map of site and area would be very useful.

Loved absolutely everything about our stay here - if you’re undecided on whether to book a pool villa, do it! We upgraded for our honeymoon and even extended our stay. This accommodation is so unique and beautiful, with a lot of the resort built within the coastal nature of Koh Tao. The pool villas you have the option to have breakfast served to your room and it felt like a dream everyday! The staff were amazing and so lovely. Through them we booked an incredible private long tail boat and saw three turtles, we also had a great Thai massage and booked our scooter - all very good value for money for the excellent service. Breakfast and the quality of food from the restaurant was all brilliant too! Despite having a lot of rain during our stay, we still had the most amazing time and will be back to make more memories with our families next year ❤️ Thank you view point resort for eight days of paradise!

We stayed in pool villa 2, was beautiful, lovely pool and loved the outside bathroom. The main pool over looking the bay was stunning. Staff really helpful and friendly..

Just many stairs, but I knew that..the view to the sea from our villa was obscured by a big bush.. they could do with cutting it back as felt we missed a great view..

We loved this resort, the Thai staff was amazing and beyond 🙏, good breakfast, fantastic view, you re surrounded by nature 🫶🏼. 5 min walk to many local restaurants, massage places . Good value for money reported to west of Europe . Loved their pets 🤭

Beautiful location, unique rooms, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast, this hotel has it all! The staff could not help enough. The food was fab in the evening too. We had a meal in 2 other locations and didn’t like them as much as here. We had the garden rooms and bugs were not an issue that some reviews had suggested. We did the long tail boat trip as a family and it was a highlight- saw turtles in 2 locations, beautiful coral and the biggest shoals of fish imaginable. We used the free shuttle for a trip to Sariee beach too and it was seamless. We stayed 5 nights but I could have easily stayed a lot longer. You can get into the nearby cove easily too.

The sea view room was fabulous. Very spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. The view and deck was absolutely lovely. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great outlook over the sea. It was a short walk to a little township with other eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. The staff were lovely and helpful in booking tours and renting scooters. You can also rent kayaks (400thb for 3hrs) to go to other bays and snorkeling gear (50thb day). It was such a lovely place to stay!

Really helpful staff who booked all trips & ferry for us with no extra cost. Beautiful resort with nice pool and loungers. Breakfast really good too with lots of choice. Very nice place to relax in Koh Tao. Restaurant lovely too but very expensive in comparison to other local ones.

Lots and lots of stairs and steep paths to get around the resort, which can be hard in the heat. As it in up a hill it’s quite hard to get to other bays walking, but hotel did offer cheaper taxis. Taxi service stopped at 9.30pm and taxis to the areas of lots of bars and restaurants very expensive! Not a huge amount of night life around the area and have to go across the beach, over a bridge and through a restaurant in the dark at night time. No free drinking water at the pool even if hotel guests and 100 baht for a large water- which was ridiculous!!

Great view: The view from the room was stunning; Comfortable beds: The beds were very comfortable; Friendly staff: The staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Airconditioning leak: Leaked, resulting in a wet puddle for 2 days; Minimalist breakfast: The breakfast was quite limited. You had to let them know the day before what you wanted for breakfast. Few to no lactose, gluten-free and vegan options. Portions are also small (I don't eat much); Personal belongings: Upon my arrival during the cleaning, I saw the cleaning staff shaking out my jacket, which was inside my suitcase. I didn't appreciate that.

Private villas are another level. They make you feel like you’re in heaven. The whole complex was stunning if you like nature. If you don’t like animal sounds and insects, this is not the place for you, but if you’re okey, the noises of nature at night are magical. Special shout out to Diego, highlight of the staff, who made us feel like at home since minute 1 and took care of everything we needed. Best birthday experience of my life 🔥

General pool is a little bit small, and the access to the beach is not a proper beach, but an access to the sea.

The pool villas are wonderful. A tropical oasis. The breakfast and restaurant had great food and the staff were friendly and attentive. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Well situated for diving with companies out of Chalok Bay. Car available for transportation around the island as needed, which made going out and getting back a breeze. We would highly recommend and would return.

Nothing we didn't like. Would be lovely if the walking path to Chalok Bay was repaired and safely passable. It is a quick 5 minute walk from the restaurant/beach into the town, but the path crosses a number of properties and the once useable pathway has become dangerous to use. Would greatly improve the quality of the guest experience and location if the community could work together to solve the walking access to the village.
