Location - perfect, personal - perfect, cleanliness - perfect. The room was very cozy and bathroom for 100% clean. The hot water was running immediately in the shower. We didn't have breakfast because we preferred to have some brunches in the city, but in the lobby of the hotel we have seen some frozen baguettes and snacks which we could buy and bake. That's nice.

The room could be a bit bigger and maybe a one closet would be nice. Actually just because of the additional closet would be nice to have the room bigger. Maybe some people would miss the hair dryer but I don't use it so did not miss it. Otherwise was everything perfect.

A beautiful and wonderful hotel, the room and bed are clean and comfortable, and the prices are excellent.. The hotel is located in the center area and close to shops and restaurants... All the hotel employees are very cooperative, but they have a receptionist Eman, her dealings are very excellent, she is always smiling, and she speaks more than one language, including Arabic. I suggest that the hotel manager support Eman for her activity and dedication to work, she deserves it. I advise everyone to try the hotel, a more than excellent choice

I knew this is a budget hotel, so my expectations were very moderate. However the room was clean and cleaned daily, we had separate toilet and bathroom (I haven't seen such a modification even in 4* hotels), location is superb, right next to KaDeWe and with plenty on eating spots around the hotel itself. There is a nice bakery right across the street if you want a nice and cheap breakfast (around 16 euros for 2 huge paninis and 2 lattes) and a very good kebab next to a metro station.

The price was too high, but it is because we came during UEFA and all the hotels were x2 the regular price. Overall it was still the cheapest option to stay in the center of Berlin, but I paid more than I usually pay for 4* hotel with breakfast, so it was really expensive. If you visit this hotel in some average time, when there are no bigger events in the city, then the price is more than adequate.

The hotel is next to the U-Bahn Station and the bus stop is also nearby. Both Ibis and budget are next to each other in the same building. So don't get confused. The staff were kind and understanding. There were no problems in Check-in or check out.

The room was really small. I understand it's a budget hotel but still there is no place to keep the suitcase :( that I did not expect. We had to struggle to open out suitcase each time. If we keep our backpack in the room itself, we can't walk easily. The room was packed with bed and no cupboards to keep the baggage or clothes. There isn't no coffee or refreshments in the room. Since it's budget hotel I shouldn't be expecting as well. But could've been nice.

The staff were very lovely and helpful there is some renovation work going on at the hotel the currently which is probably making their lives quite difficult but they couldn't have been more helpful and they also gave me a birthday surprise in my room which was very lovely for a budget hotel. The hotel is extremely close to the U barn underground it's within a five-minute walk of the zoo loads of shops restaurants and other transport links so all in all it was a very good stay.

Obviously nobody loves renovation work there was some noise during the day but I was hardly in the hotel then so it wasn't any issue everything else was fine

Great location near lots of public transport, restaurants and shops. Good selection of food served at breakfast (continental style). They have a luggage room to keep your bags if needed. Room was very spacious (but we were in the disabled room although we didn't need it). The room was cleaned daily and it was very quiet as it faced an inner courtyard. The heating system worked fine.

Budget means budget. Only a pair of shower towels and another one for the floor (I asked for face towels but they simply don't have them). No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The pillows were very thin (we used the extra duvet for some height). No hairdryer in the room (I brought mine but apparently you can borrow one from reception). One night the alarm in the room sounded out of nowhere just before midnight, we managed to switch if off and that was it.

Nice clean room, basically all that I needed as I was mostly outside checking different stuff in Berlin and basically just needed the room to sleep. For that the location was perfect as there was a U-bahn stop right next to it and the room was just good enough to spend the night for some rest.

Even if they advertise that they have an AC there I felt the room was quite hot even if the AC setting was on the coldest possible. It wasn't even extremely hot outside during my stay (20-25 during the day). Only a small minus as you can always take a nice cold shower

Excellent location, just a few steps from metro station Wittenbergplatz. There is a supermarket and restaurants across the hotel. Fast check-in and good customer service by the reception staff. Spotlessly clean room, comfy bed, strong Wi-Fi connection and a variety of options for breakfast. Reasonable prices.

I got surprised that they the customers use the elevator which is currently being repaired. I do understand it is operative/functional, but it gives a weird first impression when you enter and its fully covered by cartons. Please be aware that there is no wardrobe/closet in the room.

Location is easily accessible and the environment felt safe. Wecould also witness Euro2024 celebrations nearby, by the "broken church". Breakfast was basic but better than I expected. We enjoyed fresh bread and pancake machine :)

As it is a budget hotel, the room is small and there is no closet. It satisfies basic needs. But the toilet and bathroom/sink were two seperate rooms. You have to get out the toilet and enter the bathroom to wash your hands.

It is a great place! The staff is really kind and joyful. The breakfast is delicious: I totally love the croissants 🥐, the coffee, the cereal, the bread, the honey and jams… everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the greatest thing of all is its location, because it is really near to the Wittenbergplatz station, which connects you to almost everything in the city. ♥️

It woulb be very helpful to have a wardrobe, specially for those of us who are staying several days 🙂
