Good location with free parking. The apartament was wery comfortable. Good breakfast and pool area.

They are so strictly with the hours of check in and check out. We arrived at 13.30 and the lady from the reception was surprized and said that only at 14 o clock we can check in. We understand that but it was really cold the message. And when we check out they also called us at 11.50 to remind us that we need to check out at 12.00. We understand it but it wasnt ok the presure.

Our room was excellent. We had small kitchen area and sofa/lounge with two single beds which were very comfortable. The swimming pool was nice but could have been a bit cheaper.

We ate in the hotel as a group after checking they could accommodate the group size -16. Meals came out at significantly different times. All of group were finished when 2 fish dishes had not been received yet by 2 people.

Pleasant staff, very informative and welcoming, hotel was clean , the room was very clean and fresh , with a balcony. We booked here for the use of the pool as our other choice was fully booked. Overall, I'd stay here again , private car park was convenient.

It's not a big negative. There was only one cup in the room, no glasses , and nothing much else tbh, but we soon resolved this with the cleaner the next day . The balcony was full of bird excrement. The cleaner wouldn't do this either . The price of the pool was quite expensive ,so we went to the city pool.

Spacious rooms, nice and well equipped. Easy parking, helpful reception. The greek restaurant in the hotel was fabulous, we had dinner there. Breakfast on our first morning was from a menucard, huge portions and very tasty. On the second morning there was buffet breakfast, with lot of options to choose from.

On the second morning the scrumbled eggs and the fried eggs were totally cold in the breakfast buffet. The carpets were quite dusty in the whole hotel, one of us who suffers from allergy felt it badly.

The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom as well. Staff was friendly and we had a good rest.

There were olive pits on the room floor and some peanuts. I found this not only disgusting but dangerous as we have a toddler and he could have choked on the olive pits or have an alergic reaction to the peanuts. Good thing I noticed and picked them up. The couch looked smudged and there were traces of food on the walls of the kitchen. The baby crib was broken on one side, but functional.

Nice place, the room was big and comfortable, nice bathroom and big balcony. They have a small but nice swimming pool and gym.

The girl at the reception was extremely rude, every exchange with her was very unpleasant. I paid the room for two people (my boyfriend and myself), there was only one coffee, one tea, one very small bottle of water. The jacuzzi was not working. The bathroom sink was not very clean, and the kitchen in the studio was absolutely empty. Not even one single piece of cutlery was provided (not even a spoon for coffee/tea).

Super spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Great location close to amenities and restaurants. The breakfast was just okay. Overall very good value for money.

The check in process, although prebooked via booking.com, was very very slow despite being first in the queue (it took over 20 minutes). Too expensive to use a pool that is of small size.

Clean room and bed linen very clean. Clean toilet with all necessary accessories. Nice and clean balcony. Very nice and tasty food.

Sound of minibar fridge was annoying, and the cleanliness of the towels could be improved. I always bring mine, but this is something that people pay attention for. Parking lot can be improved (leveling of ground, marking od parking spots).

It is a really nice hotel, studios are big, the beds are comfortable and the location is great. The restaurant is right next and has very good food and there is a store nearby also. The pool was such a blast (extra charge).

There were some spider webs left in some corners, maybe cleaning staff should pay some more attention to that, but in rest it was super clean.

Gorgeous hotel! I came to Sofia by car, for work, and it was important for me to have a safe parking space, as well as good wifi. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me instead of parking on the street - a place in the underground parking. It is very convenient, the elevator goes directly from it to the floor to the room, and given the heavy suitcases - it was very useful. Also, when I needed to extend my stay for a few more days, I made booking a room lower class than my previous one, but they offered me to stay in my more expensive room
