I missed a flight and I needed a place to stay. The shuttle service was the main factor for chosing the hotel. I wasn't expecting much of the hotel, but it was so nice to see that the bed was really good, the room was good, the shower was good and the the breakfast was good. This was so comforting after such a tough journey. Airport hotels can quickly get impersonal and bland, I am so glad that Bastion actually cares about the guest. Can highly recommend.

Shuttle bus services were really useful as it helped us to go to various destinations easily without any hasstle. The room cleanliness was very well maintained and really satisfied The front desk people were very helpful

it was perfect. as a individual i would recommend to lower the prices of hotel as i felt it was bit expensive or atleast give a reduction if booked for multiple days. i stayed here for 5 nights but i could not get any benefit on pricing

Had missed a flight due to delay and had to overnight last minute. The hotel is very close to the airport (10-15min) and has a free shuttle that leaves the hotel every half hr and airport every half hr. Has free toiletries (soap and shampoo) and small coffee maker in room. The entire room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. They have a restaurant we ate dinner in, and it was superb.

Nothing, honestly. Perhaps the shuttle could start and run a little earlier and later. Our flight was leaving at 7:55am and the first shuttle left at 6. But the hotel is so close a taxi wouldn't have cost a lot.

Great checkin experience. Beautiful lobby and restaurant with plenty of lounge spaces to wait for airport shuttle/cab etc. Our room was large and generally clean (just not swept). The curtains block out the outside lights though you may hear some airplanes flying overhead great location and decent menu selection for weekday dinners. Awesome breakfast spread started nice and early!

While the location was generally simple to navigate to by bus, Google took us down the back lane rather than the main road so we had to loop through the McDonald's as it's fenced off to separate the hotel from the drive thru.

The hotel is good and it is not too far from Schiphol airport. They offer a free shuttle service to/from Schiphol which is great considering that there is no other public transport available to get there.

The shuttle service can be a bit chaotic since it does not work with a reservation system. Although the hotel staff makes sure that everyone makes it to their destination, it is not nice to "fight" for a spot in the shuttle.

The hotel is conveniently located near Amsterdam airport and parking is available and free on the premises. The room was clean with a nice large bathroom and shower stall. Mattress and pillows also good. The price of the room was competitive so the value for the money is very good..

The hotel has an automatic messaging system that keeps sending you emails asking for payment of the room. Even when I had paid the room and left the hotel, I kept getting those unwarranted emails. Really, really annoying because it makes you wonder whether you have paid the room or not and if you're going to lose your reservation because of it. The system does not seem to acknowledge your payment.

We liked the convenience to the airport, the availability of a shuttle, and a restaurant on site. The reception desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean.

The lunch we had upon arrival was tasty. But dinner was another issue. The restaurant’s oven was broken, so we were limited in what we could order. (Didn’t realize we couldn’t order a burger.) The place was crowded and there seemed to be no method of keeping track of who was waiting and for how long. The bar is marginal unless you want a beer. At breakfast we were never asked if we needed anything.

A nice room, quite large. We had the queen sized bed and it was very comfortable. The location is quite good , 20 minutes to get to the closest P+R and take the M52 to Amsterdam. The parking was free at the hotel so we didn’t have to worry about the car. The breakfast was really good, offers multiple choices with a rather good quality.

The fan/Air conditioner in the room made a little noise, so we had to turn it off by night.

Some minor things: Both bathroom sinks clogged ,needs to get cleaned and cleared so the water stops dripping on the floor. The vending machine in the lobby doesn't work needs fixing as well . Second elevator on the right makes weird sounds ,needs fixing too .
