Rooms - very nice, comfortable beds

The after service would get a -10. I was charged a deposit that wasn’t automatically refunded and the hotel wouldn’t process the refund. I was also charged twice for a bus ride back to the airport, the staff denied doing so and wouldn’t issue a refund. I have provided documentation confirming that I did. They refunded to a card that wasn’t mine, told me that the payment wasn’t made at their hotel but a hotel over the road, they couldn’t trace the payment, they pushed me back to my bank to Make a chargeback. They never apologised and a month after my stay Im still trying to resolve this issue. The rooms are nice, the breakfast adequate BUT DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANYTHING. I have no confidence in their money handling abilities.

The location is bleak, but decent for plane spotting, but handy for the airport. The hotel is the usual high quality Moxy themed place with friendly staff, welcome cocktail and all the little home comforts that make Moxy stand out, and a decent price. Small comfortable room with shower, TV and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast with reasonable vegan choice. Complimentary tea, coffee.

This is an airport hotel and not the easiest of places to walk to from the railway station. If you are travelling with luggage probably best to use on of the shuttle buses or nearby public bus.

I keep coming back to Moxy Schiphol as I often travel for work. Easy to get to with public transport. In the morning you can get the normal bus to Schiphol or use their shuttle services. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. For food, you can get something at Schiphol, the Moxy restaurant or the fast food chain 3 minutes walk. It is all super convenient.

Relax atmosphere

No coffee and safe in guests rooms. Gym not maintained, very dirty. Complimentary Shuttle only offers from airport to hotel but not the other way. You need to pay to go to the airport . So empty shuttle back to airport. The hotel should just offer complimentary shuttles both ways.

A very basic hotel near the airport. The good thing is that you can get a coffee 24/7. The stuff was always helpful.

There is a shuttle bus from/to the airport but still you have to pay for it. This is a hotel that can be useful/convenient only to people working in the airport. There is nothing around it like restaurants or supermarkets. The breakfast is very very poor. The bus stop is 15-20 minutes walk and if it rains and is windy is really bad... Also, I had to pay a lot for deposit for each day staying at the hotel.

Nice hotel, nice bar. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms really clean.

If you use the shuttle bus it is free from the airport but you have to pay to get back I think it was 5/6 euros per peeson. We paid for one only.to be told it was break time so ended up waiting almost an hour and a half, if we had known this we would have got an uber.

There should not be a charge for the shuttle to the airport.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a hassle-free start to my stay. The room had ample space, comfortably accommodating two people with suitcases without feeling cramped. I really appreciated the soundproofed windows—despite the proximity to the airport with planes taking off constantly, I didn't hear any noise from outside, which made for a peaceful night. The bathroom featured a relaxing shower, which was a great way to unwind after a long day. The TV came with a Chromecast feature, making it easy to stream my own content, a nice touch for those wanting to relax in the room. Free drinking water was available at the restaurant, which is always a thoughtful amenity. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel’s shuttle to the airport was very convenient and timely, making it easy to catch my flight.

Unfortunately, the long-term parking at the hotel was fully booked, so I had to park in another lot about a five-minute walk away. It wasn't too far, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. The deposit required was quite high, and it remained blocked on my account for a considerable amount of time, which could be frustrating for travelers who need quick access to their funds.

Free shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel. But charging for the ride from the hotel to the airport. Feels been offered a discounted favor. :(

Everything was excellent even if the hotel wasn't in the centre it was easy to manage all the transfers. A very comfortable and well equipped room and bathroom, good and well assorted breakfast with the kind Luis to manage it, easy transfer to/from the airport, warm and nice athmosphere in the common areas but I want to point out the added value of this hotel....the staff!!! All of them are very professional and welcoming but my big big "Thank you" goes to Peter, always smiling, kind, empathic, helpful and supportive...beyond his professional role...and this is not due. I am a frequent traveller and I have realized that the success and the "fame" of a company is given mostly by "people" who work in and do their work with passion and competence. I recommend this experience at Moxy Schipol Hotel.
