This is probably the first time I’m rating a property with a 10/10, without any negative feedback. The hotel itself feelks like a spa, the rooms are spacious, clean, well designed. The breakfast buffet is perfect and so are the pool and the beach. Hotel’s staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at peace, especially Mrs. Mary Anne at the pool and Mr. Hamza at the reception.

The only remotely “negative” observation I can point out is the ongoing construction at the hotel, which was at times in my oppinion a bit loud, as it woke us up a few mornings.

The photos do not do this hotel justice. It was nothing less than exceptional. The little touches like the night time turn down of your room and the different oils they put in your room to help you relax, and the little ice lollies or cool towels they brought around whilst sunbathing, just added to the overall excellence of this place. The staff were so attentive. It was my birthday when we stayed and as we were walking down for breakfast, every staff member we encountered, even the cleaners, wished me a happy birthday. Breakfast was magnificent, we got given a free gift left in our room every day, such as a bundle of post cards, some ylang ylang sun cream, a leather luggage tag the day before we left. We hired a car so getting around was easy for us, but if you don’t have a car it is just a short walk to blue waters which is literally across the road (bearable even in the heat). There are a few shops and restaurants and I would recommend brass monkey in the evening- which has a bar, bowling alley and lots of retro games and an 80’s rock music vibe. Overall, If you want a calm relaxing holiday, Banyan Tree is the place!

We didn’t eat in all the restaurants as we were out and about, but we did eat in ‘demon duck’ prices were understandably a little expensive, because of its Michelin status but to be honest, I’ve had better food for the price.

In conclusion, Banyan Tree Dubai successfully combines luxury with the beauty of nature in a unique way, providing guests with a memorable and unforgettable experience characterized by comfort, elegance, and exceptional service.

The Wi-Fi was a huge problem, it kept cutting out when you are inside your room

Everything from the moment you walk into the hotel with the amazing scent it has, to absolutely every member of staff especially deepal on the beach and Michael around the pool, always made sure me and my wife was comfortable throughout the day and bringing fresh fruit and even a little cake for her birthday around the pool. Definitely in the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. I will always come back to this property whenever I come back to Dubai

Nothing really, a couple of English Chanel’s on the tv in the room wouldn’t of gone a miss, but apart from the I’d rate this hotel 15/10

PARADISE! This hotel has Class, Sophistication, Devine relaxation and a real sense of therapeutic calmness. The staff are sooo helpful and friendly. The design and attention to detail from the furnishing to the lighting goes above and beyond what you get from your normal hotel stay. It’s Modern Asian style gives the feeling of open space but real warmth and luxury The bedrooms are Large rooms. Comfy extra large beds with soft luxury bedding and sheets. In the room there’s a Stand alone bath with spa salts replaced daily to enhance that feeing and Devine smell of spa relaxation . The rooms Immaculately clean and serviced twice daily. Whilst this hotel is a luxury chain, It’s all the little extras that provide that personal touch of a boutique. Such as: Every night a incense oils and candles Bowl of fruit on arrival Rooms serviced twice daily and more at an extra request Refreshing iced water on tap by the pool side Juice shots for breakfast and a complimentary taster by the pool. Along with refreshing complementary Lollipops in the afternoon. Location of hotel is on blue water - quiet, less busy, tranquil and sophisticated. Private beach in a dream location over looking the palm far enough out of town to relax but plenty close enough to either walk across to Jumeirah beach or the beautiful marina, or a shirt cab ride to places such as the Berg Al Arab or into town to enjoy the mall/nightlife. Our special thanks to all the breakfast team , pool side waiters, housekeeping and reception. You really made our trip. Have stayed at a few places in Dubai now but this one definitely gets an 11/10! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It really is Paradise

I love you guys! Especially thank you to: Mani Shabaz Soni Mekano Rose and so much more guys from the staff and the room care, for cleaning up our room twice (2) a day. I didn’t catch all your names unfortunately. Banyan Tree would not be the same without you!!! I definitely come again next year. We didn’t miss anything. Breakfast 10/10. The guys outside managing Taxi 10/10 and the waiters also 10/10. You could not have better staff member. Everyone looks amazing and has so much charisma. All clean and incredible smell everywhere. Beach and Pool are top and the service also. Thank you so much brothers and sisters! Room 204 I will have again next time :D
