the hotel is very large and offers a great selection of restaurants, bars and beach. there is large pools. rooms and installations are very recent. the team was helpful and kind

at arrival they tried to sell us an upgrade to a better room instead of letting us enjoying our room. they spoke about a nicer tower than the one we was staying in. I think it is a wrong approach. our room was next to Cove beach and it was extremely noisy so we asked the reception to change our room for a more quiet and then we had a pleasant stay. i recommend you to ask a room on a upper floor or on the other side of cove beach

The slow internet connection was a minor setback.

From the moment I stepped in and met Basit at the Check-in I knew this is going to be a distinguished stay - he leally went out of his way, and way beyond my expectations, to help and welcome us. My wife, my two daughters (6Yo and 4Yo), and I were really treated #LikeACaesar. Everything about this hotel is top class - the swimming pool clean and heated, beach access, kids club, events and activities for kids, clean rooms and comfy beds, nice restaurants and variety of food at the buffet - you can even order other things and they make it for you at your request! Thank you Angelica, Soe, Teana and all the staff - you truly gave a memorable holiday and lived up to the #LikeACaesar slogan :)

The shower drainage was a bit slow in clearing out the water - I think it needs some attention.

Breakfast has a wide and varied selection. The staff are so hospitable and go the extra mile to make your staff memorable. Everything is Amazing! ❤️ We loved their facilities and its instagrammable place. Worth the money that we pay for it. We booked for 1 night and it's the half board so we have a chance to dine at Hell's Kitchen with an additional supplement to pay, their food is delish, and our Breakfast was amazing at Bacchanal they have a huge of selections and there's a station also for gluten-free goodies. 🥰 Thank You also to their staff they are very accommodating, and I would like to say Thank You to Miss Jamie for giving us a excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. We will come back again soon. 🥰

Only two persons I think their names were Meriam and her supervisor Carol were beyond rude and unwelcoming making things very uneasy. Lacking hospitality manners and way they address their repeated customers was very disappointing. I think they need to be trained how to address their customers.

Caesars Palace is located on Bluewaters Island. Bluewaters Island itself has the Dubai Eye, The Wharf and The Boardwalk. The Wharf and The Boardwalk contain fantastic shops and restaurants. Bluewaters Island is within walking distance of Jumeirah Beach and the Marina. it’s like a resort within the great resort of Dubai. Caesars Palace hotel has great facilities including beach areas, pools, bars and Restaurants.

We have no negative comments to make about the resort.
