Hotel was new and modern with a spacious well equipped room. The staff was friendly and we could check in earlier. The location was good, with some walking distance to the metro and restaurants.

The room was very cold (when not turning the AC on warm) so sitting without a blanket was tough. There were construction works outside but the noise was alright due to good windows.

Very new hotel that is clean and modern. It is right in the heart of Osaka about 20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. There's also a train station nearby. The room was nicely decorated and the bed and pillows comfortable. Much better than a standard business hotel The bathroom had everything you needed. I was sad I only had one night here. If you're a foreign tourist with the current exchange rate, it is really great value for money.

The rooms are small as is the standard for Japan. This was fine for a lone traveller but it there are 3 people staying, it will be very cramped, especially with luggage. The breakfast is very basic with little choice. I'd skip paying for breakfast and scope out some of the many cafes Osaka has to offer.

The location was fantastic and the staff were amazing! Our flight got big delay and it’s passed the last check in hour, we informed the hotel in advance and they waited for us. Big thank you again. The room was spacious compare to other hotels in Japan and we loved the room layout. A couple of convenience stores near by. Very easy walk to metro stations. We will definitely come back again next time when we visit Osaka. 100% perfect hotel.

Nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect experience.

The good: This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a practical layout separating the shower and sink from the toilet. The beds were large and comfortable, and the modern air conditioning system was efficient. The room also had good lighting, making it cozy. Additionally, they provided a wide range of amenities, such as slippers, pajamas, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap, which was a thoughtful touch. The laundry area was well-equipped, and the dining area was comfortable. What we really loved was the massage chair, which we used every night after long days of walking; it was a real treat. They also offered free umbrella rentals, which was handy on rainy days. The hotel is centrally located, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The bad: While the location is central, the hotel is not very close to a metro or bus station. The walk to the stations is about 10 minutes, which isn’t a big deal under normal conditions, but it becomes inconvenient on rainy days. Additionally, there was an outlet near the head of the bed that made a noisy buzzing sound throughout the night, which forced us to sleep on the other side of the bed to rest better. Aside from these small issues, our stay was very pleasant.

The staff was helpful and we got around the language barrier pretty quickly, when there was one. There are several subway lines nearby. The property is at a good distance from Universal Studios Japan, our main reason for visiting Osaka. It took us barely 30 minutes to be there and the subway services were smooth. We also visited many thrift stores and coffee shops! The neighbourhood was ideal! It was calm and around every block corner was a convenience store open 24/7 or until very late in the night. The room for three was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were stepping on each other’s toes at all! The air conditioner worked perfectly when needed. The staff kept our luggages on our last day so that we could still explore the area— even after check-out. Osaka’s famous city centre, especially Dotonburi, was a cool experience although overstimulating. The calmness and serenity of the property’s neighbourhood was very appreciated.

Our room was pretty spacious for a trio group. I loved that there was enough space under the beds to store our luggages. The lobby had extra amenities for those that needed some more, even though the rooms provided them too. It's a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station and there were at least 3 different conbinies nearby and a few restaurants.

At the time of our stay, they did not offer luggage forwarding services so we had to go to Namba Station to find the Yamato Services for same day delivery. It worked out in the end.

A very nice hotel, clean and perfectly located. The room was nice, the bathroom was excellent with a separate toilet. Big, comfy towels, changed every day. The staff is very helpful and speaks good English. The breakfast option is a real advantage, it's simple but tasty and the staff in the dining area was very nice and welcoming. Another big advantage is the coin wash available at the hotel that you can use even during late hours.

Beds' mattresses were a little hard and the pilows were too small. The fridge smelled a little and it would be nice to have bigger cups in the room to drink tea/coffee.

Room was bigger than I thought, beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and felt like it would be a more expensive hotel. Staff let us keep our bags until check-in. Convenient location to Dontonburi and other downtown places.

The toilet and washroom were in separate areas of the bedroom, which is fine, but I would have to go out of the way to go wash my hands. And if my friend was taking a shower, I was out of luck. Other than that, all good. :)

Twin room layout made sense and we never lacked for anything during our 5 day stay. Clean rooms, two elevators, common room on the 2nd floor. Free consumables near the reception. Laundry on the 4th floor. 400 yen for 30min wash, 100yen for 30 min dryer. Very thought through hotel. Affordable prices.

The breakfast underdelivers for the cost. If you're staying 1-2 days it's fine, but for longer stays you'd want more variety and/or daily change. The upper bed in the bunk bed twin room needs a light switch/separate light.

-Location, 15/20min Walkimg to Dontori -Room Size, I could stay several days there as headquarters to move around Japan -Big bathroom with toilet apart -Quality/Price very good -Very comfortable beds, not like sleeping in a too hard mattress -Bathrobe/sleepers

-Main thing they should improve is the isolation of the room against noise, internal and external. The door does not isolate from the corridor and the windows do not isolate from the street -They should install some racks or wardrobe in the room for the clothes
