At first I would love to say that the stay was literally perfect. We arrived late at night, we were greeted by really lovely reception worker. He asked how we felt, would we like some beverages, and took our bags (they were crazy heavy) and showed us our room. The room was so cute, the bed was really big and comfy. And I won’t even start about private garden. Imagine - breakfast under palms in warm Italian sun. Had me literally sobbing. Bathroom for two girls- ideal. It has two sinks! And also bath and shower options. Room cleaning was every day, our bed was made perfectly and clean towels every day. All reception workers were so lovely- always asked how our day went, how we felt. One of the best things- they give u a map and draw best destinations and order how to best visit them. It simplified everything sooo much. Speaking about breakfast, they have ACE juice (I hope I spelled it correctly), u HAVE to try it. Be ready to have some warm toast, with ham, cheese and eggs at morning, and after that perfect croissant straight from bakery with coffee. One of the parts that made my day and really warmed up my heart, I was asked if I would like pistachio croissant, I agreed to try it, and I just have to say. I loved it. And every morning since then, they brought freshly baked pistachio croissant straight from bakery. I just wanted to end it all by saying how much I appreciate attitude, how much it made our vacation dreamy and so much more enjoyable. This place will give u home feeling. Thank you all!!!❤️

Location is perfect the whole place is clean and tidy and the staff were amazing and very helpful with regards to your stay at the hotel and best ways to visit the sights in Rome. The hotel managers “map of power” was like Willy wonka’s Golden Ticket

Outstanding stay, especially due to the service and attention from the staff. Rado was an incredible resource of information and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. From giving us pointers on places to see with fantastic directions to his recommendations for restaurants-simply amazing. Rado, Francesco and the family atmosphere made our trip to Rome unforgettable. The room was good, but the black marble bathroom was fantastic! Do the breakfast since there is nothing better than starting your day with a cappuccino and a smile.

Everybody at the hotel, from staff to the hotel manager, was so kind and friendly. They always offered us something to drink, even when we had already checked out and came back to collect our luggage to leave Rome. We were even offered an umbrella on a rainy day. The cleaning lady cleaned the room like a mom rather than a hotel employee. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise as well. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. There was enough room for the luggages. Everybody did everything they can to make us feel welcome. This is a rare experience for us. I would stay here again if I come to Rome again.

There was just a bit of humidity smell coming from the bathroom, nothing disgusting. I think a small renovation would probably fix the problem.

Hotel Valeri—what can I say? An absolutely amazing place! The staff were incredible, making us feel right at home. My friend and I stayed for two nights over the weekend to celebrate her birthday, and they made the experience so special. Carlo ensured we knew exactly where to go, which public transport to use, and how to navigate to the best destinations. Alexandros made the most amazing coffee and genuinely cared about our comfort. We stayed in a downstairs room with a patio—it was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The room itself was a decent size with a lovely bathroom. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and only 2 minutes from a bus stop. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We hope to return later this year with a larger group. A huge THANK YOU to Carlo, Alexandros, Francesco, and another staff member whose name I can't recall—you all went above and beyond to take care of us!

The service from the team at Hotel Valeri was absolutely fantastic! Francesco gave us superb recommendations and tips on where to go, how to get around the city and even went above and beyond to help us get tickets to the different attractions from official websites (which saved us tons of money!). The location of the hotel was lovely, a short walk away from the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill and was serviced by bus 81 which was really helpful in getting us to the Vatican City.

The hotel was beautiful, chic and modern. The room was spacious, had a perfect air conditioning system and plenty of towels and storage space. Ideal location. 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum, amongst other revered landmarks. However, the highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its wonderful staff. Upon arrival, the hotel manager, Francesco, gave me the warmest of welcomes and helped me, as a solo traveller, make the most of my time there. I felt so welcomed. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff here is second to none. This was truly a special stay. Grazie, Hotel Valerie! ❤️

If I could give this hotel higher than a 10 it would be at least a 20. We were treated like family from the moment we stepped through the doors until we left. The staff, especially Francesco and Rudo were beyond wonderful. They answered questions, made the effort to know about you and your stay and offered help and advice where needed. I will be recommending to anyone heading for Rome and I look forward to staying here again 😁😁

Basically, everything was to our liking. The staff was very nice, especially Roberto - once again thank you for the explanation of the city, when we arrived! - and the room was clean and fully equipped, even the blinds were automatic! The location is perfect to get around Rome as well, with bus stations right in front of the hotel to Termini and to Vatican via the Colloseum and the Pantheon. Choose this for a short city trip solo or with a friend, we will definitely do so in the future!

The only thing, and this is nitpicking at this point, was the breakfast. It was functional - bread, baked pastry, butter, juice, and some fruit - but it was definitely improvable. Sometimes it had meats and cheese and then it didn't, one day there was bread, then one day there was untoasted toast, then there was both, but there was no continuity. Also some more variety would have been nice, so if that is improved I will immediately give a ten!

10-minute walking distance to the colosseum, and close to the ATAC bus route, this hotel is one of my favorite places. Francesco and his crew are the BEST hoteliers I have ever met. They anticipate your every need, answer all questions and solve any problems with a smile. They were warm and welcoming the minute we set foot on the property. We had the garden room, which accommodates three people. The bed was perfect! The entire place was culvert clean and well-maintained, but the best feature is definitely Francesco’s hospitality!

It is close to a hospital so there is a lot of traffic.
