I recently stayed at this mountain hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The value for money is outstanding – it’s rare to find such quality at such reasonable prices. The location is a major highlight, being just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes, which made it incredibly convenient for daily skiing adventures. The breakfast was another standout feature – fresh, varied, and of exceptional quality, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. It provided the perfect start to an active day in the mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay close to the slopes, paired with excellent service and amenities.

The room was ok, we got an upgrade and that was nice so, great job regarding the staff. Even if some things can be improved (furniture, may be cleaner), we had the correct expectations, considering the price. Breakfast did not have so many options also was ok. The pool is small but nice for kids, especially when it's cold outside. So, as a general note, have correct expectations - if you expect 4 stars like in Dubai, you'll be disappointed

Again, furniture can get an upgrade. The pool is nice but it has some issues - some tiles missing, few sunbeds, can be cleaner.

The restaurant described as elegant with chandeliers is a bit of a joke, same as the bar ( closing at 9/9.0😭)which looked like a Mensa The outside terrace looked totally neglected with dirty ashtrays and scattered brown garden furniture Breakfast personal inattentive & grumpy

Convenient location for a skiing. Well heated rooms. An enjoyable food in restaurant provided by caring staff was a good addition.

The parking slots are occupied by the hotel staff, leaving no option but to park at prohibited places or hundreds metered away, paying an extra fees. The swimming pool area requires cosmetic renovation. Since our family could not join us in full scope as it was initially planned, the hotel management demonstrated inflexibility in refunding the coasts despite the fact that a due notice was given.

We arrived at 12 am and were told that check-in is only at 4 pm which is a bit late, in my opinion, flexibility in that area could have been nice. But it was ok of them for us to leave our suitcase at the lobby

Good location, great breakfast.

A little noisy - sound insulation is average. The staff can be quiet - in particular, the cleaning lady spoke loudly in the hallway on the phone, not paying attention to the people in the rooms.

Great hotel and service. Standout powerful shower. Breakfast is a standard european buffet. Lunch and dinner from the menu. Excellent quality dishes in the afternoon and evening.

Bar is in the restaurant so not convenient for a quiet drink. Overall excellent.

The location is great and it offers free parking and spa facilities. Room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, offering a diverse selection of food. The staff was very friendly.

The only downside was the slightly small bathroom that needed some maintenance.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and very close to the baby ski (Gondola) and the ski lift for Drumul Albastru. The size of the room was good, the view was very nice towards the ski slopes. Breakfast was good and diverse.

The bathroom heater was set at very high temperature and very difficult to adjust. The pool is small, so we didn't try it. No option to buy the ski pass from the reception desk.

the water in the pool was not warm enough (winter season); the apartment costs more than 2 double rooms, even if in the apartment one of the beds is a sofa, so not as comfortable as a bed
