The cooked breakfasts were ample, with some variety each day. Cereals, bread for toasting and pastries were also available!, as well as fresh fruit and cold cuts. The staff members were friendly, helpful and accommodating! They were happy to store my cases in.the back office. The lifts were quick and quiet. Lunch and dinner were available and the meals were substantial and tasty! I always felt safe because there was always a security guard/porter on duty. There was a link to African Eagle Tours, which picked up passengers from Hollow on the Square. This was perfect for me and l did several of the excellent tours. Access to the coffee machine and fresh water was available all day, in the dining room, which adjoined the lobby and bar. The rainhead shower was very easy to manage!

The only thing l would add would be brighter overhead lights above the bed, because l.like to read in bed! As a single, senior white female, l did not wander around the neighbourhood because the staff indicated that there could be concerns for my safety.

It is a wonderful hotel. It is at main market and safe. room are big and clean. service was superb and people are very friendly and helpful. Everyday they setup our room and clean the washroom. Coffee, tea and kettle are avaliable in room. Breakfast was good and in my case it was included in my bill. For lunch and dinner, you can order it and price is very cheap as compared to restaurants and food quality + quantity were good. I guess i did not face any problem and really enjoy the stay.

Room was so spacious and comfortable and clean! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was decent and a great price. Room price was great value!

Location wasn't terrible but not great. If you park in the lot and come in the back, the door is sometimes locked, and not convenient. Also it's not the greatest looking area. One of the staff harassed my colleagues for a tip after he had already been tipped saying he hadn't been tipped to one of them, and the other one that he hadn't been tipped enough.

I stayed at the property for six days though the actual plan was for 5 days only. Very polite and friendly staff who went out to the way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The property was clean, clean and spotless clean ! Very spacious room with all amenities. Highly recommended property.

Im not much of a voracious eater. Hence breakfast was just fine. I enjoyed it.

This property was ideal for our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was ideal, and the rooms were nice and big, more than enough space for two.

We didn’t like that the room’s lighting was lacking a bit. It would have been nice to have had a lamp or some kind if light in the sitting area, near the air conditioner. There was not much to do there at night, because there was no light. Additionally, two chairs at the long desk/table would have been ideal for the two of us to sit there at the same time.

The room was big, clean and the bed very confortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and international. Recommended if you have a conference in the CTICC, 5 min walk.

The main door of the hotel is on a little pedestrian square, the taxi could leave only to the back door of the hotel where during the night it is dangerous.

Quick and friendly check-in. Well received by staff (were all willing to have conversation). Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Slept soundly on very comfortable mattresses. Enjoyed the tea and coffee provided in room. Toiletries and enough towels were supplied for entire party. We were able to find parking (we were aware of additional cost of R75/day). Car parked outside but was visible from our room and security was on duty. Bathroom was spacious (bath and shower). Sleeper was ready and made up for our littlest in one of the rooms. Menu items at restaurant were slightly limited but catered for our needs. Rooms and hotel in general nice and clean. Breakfast was ample, and the variety (given the pandemic) was good - hot items were made to order. Our request for two rooms close to each other was accommodated. In-room fridge in one room was a bit old but it was clean inside.

Bathroom tiles are a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade. There are some signs of wear-and-tear on doors and entrance frames (easily fixed with a lick of paint). Quality of restaurant items ordered for supper could be improved. The chicken wings and nachos were good but the pizza base was over-done. TV channels (and Netflix) would not load in the one room. Stayed on 1st floor and ledge outside bedroom window wasn't clean - had some sand, leaves and cigarette butts on it (butts probably there because of guests, but it needs to be kept clean).

The room was very confortable with amenities such as TV, hair dryer, coffee, tea, and a small fridge. The breakfast was very complete. The receptionist helped me with any question I had.

Even though the location is very central, it doesn't feel safe to walk around alone at night. All good during the day, when it is full of people and movement.

Even though the hotel was full whilst I was there, it always felt spacious and very relaxed. Staff were great too - particularly 'Bonny' who was always keen to help and be on hand in the reception area to resolve any issue. He even accompanied me to the bank so I could withdraw some cash. And there were no problems with electricity despite the load shedding.

Nothing is perfect but it would be too picky to complain
