The staff 🥰 they were super nice during the whole stay and they baked a cake for our friend’s birthday and accommodated my other friend’s dietary needs - she is celiac and allergic to dairy and eggs, so it’s no easy deed! Thank you Cyrel! Shower is great, they also have a bidet by the toilet. Robes are fluffy. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included and very tasty and nicely presented.

Nothing I disliked about the property, I would prefer to be closer to the ski lanes, but if I were to come back, I would stay here again anyway.

Nice, cozy, small hotel, aside from main road. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Excellent staff and support. Reception staff always available even by a phone call. Really emphatic. Breakfast formula with on the menu orders. Good heating of the rooms, no issues with hot water nor temperature in the room (seem to be general issue in Gudauri).

Walls a bit thin, you could hear the neighbors in the adjacent room.

The location was excellent.We stayed there with a 1 year old baby and 5 year old child, they were very accommodating and helped us every step of the way. As we stayed over Christmas, they made it feel very warm and welcoming and it was a beautiful experience.Breakfast and diner were hearty and delicious!

The view from the hotel room was amazing, overlooking the snow clad mountains. The room was spacious and had two mini balconies.

The shower area did not have any protection for blocking the water from seeping outside. The breakfast was not upto the mark and had very few items on table. The dinner we had at the restaurant was below expectation.

Location: Exceptionally good. Near to spar, restaurants and shops.The snowy mountain was amazing. Staff: The reception guy was exceptionally helpful and soft spoken. He helped us with extra bed and made us comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was execellent.

Breakfast and dinner were included - very convenient for me. The food was nice and the dining area has a lovely view. Room and public spaces were clean and tidy. Exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful.

It was a perfect stay. The staff was really nice, Rooms were very clean and pleasant.

I wish if the hotel had lifts. Because of that we had to use stairs to go up and down
